No one acknowledged my husband when he went in to get my sandwich. There was a woman in a wheelchair who needed help with the door and no one came to help. Instead the worker just stands their yawning.
The manager is very unprofessional, she don’t cares about the customers or their hassle fee experience… first time I came I had to feed to movers and haven’t eaten all day, so when my blood pressure went down and I couldn’t speak fast enough, she made irritated face and started tapping her fingers in the countertop, then when I had to order my order, and said “ I want to eat too” she refused the service…Second time even worse, she made me wait for @least good three minutes by doing online orders, when my man was approaching she decided to pay attention and “take care of me, but as soon as he left , she jumped on me and refused the order again she said that she remembered me ( I guess by my accent) and refused the order again… the owner of the place never knows that she hired a rat … lolI would hate for other people to bump on this type of person, who seem to be calling herself a manager, but her customer service only good for a gas station somewhere on coltan, very unpleasant experience
I mean there's no way you can go wrong with subway there's so many options my fave is the spicy Italian the meat ball and well a few more juat fresh delicious crisp veggies just great all the time have never had an issue thanks subway
This place is awesome because one of this place is by my own business shopping center and it was okay but last time I was at Arapahoe Shopping Center it’s was old manager was not nice to special disability who is a Down syndrome
Walked into Subway, I'm the only customer in there. Male employee states he is making 4 online sandwiches, I said okay. Waiting 10 minutes. Male employee commented sorry for the wait, I said no problem. I stood where you are supposed to order. Two other customers walk in and he takes their order and ignores me. Training needed. Clueless at Jewell Blvd Subway.
The manager at this location is always amazing, kind and gives great customer service. She also does a great job of finding a great staff who follows in her footsteps. I no longer live in Lakewood however when I crave Subway I drive to this location rather than going to one closer to me because of how kind they are
Normally this place is great and the staff is super friendly and nice to me. I work across the street so I’m in pretty often. Today, however; there was a new girl making my sandwich. She did a great job making it but she was a brat and very unpleasant. I will be returning but hoping the little brat won’t be there much longer.
I wanna give a huge shoutout to Tyler at this location. I have not been to subway in a long time due to some restrictions with sodium intake and knowing many things on the menu have high sodium. Tyler went out of his way to go through ingredients to help me get the lowest amount available of sodium. It’s really refreshing to have someone be so respectful of my dietary restrictions and accommodate my requests without an attitude. Thank you Tyler! I can’t tell you how much it means! Sandwich was delicious too! ?
My sandwiches were made poorly. Bread extremely soggy. Don’t trust online ordering because they truly do not care about the art of sandwich making if you are not watching them. Spent $50 for soggy sandwiches.
Bought a couple of 6 inch Subs on 12/18/22at 6:30PM. 2 employee's man & a woman. 2people that should not be working with the public. It seemed we were bothering them byordering subs. The women was acting like she was lost in a fog. The man didn't say a word.It was my fault that I didn't check my receiptas she charged me for a 12 inch sub when Ireceived a 6 inch sub. Live and learn. Whendealing with people like that I will be morevigilant in the future.
