please fire lylah. my boyfriend was able to get all of the groceries for the next few weeks and checkout during the 4th of july rush before i could get our 2 drinks. i have never seen a starbucks in such disarray. there were 3 people in front of me and 4 people after me. it took over 20 minutes waiting for them to finally take my order and additional maybe 16 minutes for me to get my drink. (i only know this bc i was texting my bf the whole time)the lady behind me got her drink before me but as she was getting her hot coffee, lylah for some reason, was gripping onto the cup for dear life and the lid popped off and hot coffee got all over the women’s arm and then after that, 2/3 people behind that lady got their drink before me as well and lylah gave my drink to the wrong person. throughout all of that lylah was just spilling liquid as she would pour them into cups while making faces and worst of all, i am pretty positive she was the one training a new hire. i cannot imagine how sticky the floors are there. :/
Showed up at 6:37 and couldnt find anyone at starbucks.the girl finally stumbled over, pouring advil into her hand spilling it on the floor as she couldnt controll her DTs. This girl looked more hungover and still drunk than ive ever seen anyone. Looks like i will never be stopping here again for my morning coffee. Control your employees!

walked in and they were closed at 230 on a Wednesday. asked why and the employee said "when we don't have help we are." and went back to joking with another employee. rude and irritating. just go to Village Roasters down the road. better coffee and they're NOT CLOSED DURING OPEN HOURS.
I love Starbucks the drinks are good and service is good too I've been going to Starbucks for a while and I'm now one of their regular costumes
Wow worst service ever. The girl taking our order had the worst attitude and was so disrespectful. Would never go back to this Starbucks again.
