Arrived 5 minutes before opening, she stated we are not open yet! Then when I ordered, no gift cards!!! Crazy!
Staff is friendly, but this location is always out of everything. They never have any of the food items I want and they are always out of something they need to make any drink I pick. I always have to settle for something I don't want
Worst experience at Starbucks. Barista (ANNE)I ordered a large caramel Frappuccino. She gave me a small, when I told her I ordered large she looked bothered and hesitant to make another. So I watched as she added ice to my small to make a large. and it tasted really bad.when I. Complained she didn't even offer to remake it, after I watched her put a bunch of ice. So I had to pay for another. And that one tasted fine. She shouldn't be working there if she doesn't enjoy what she does. Robbed me of a lrg Frappuccino. Won't ever be going to this Starbucks again while she's working there. I'll be shure to let friends and family know also.Barista (ANNE) bad service
My problem with this Starbucks is the customers NOT the employees. Almost every time I come to get a drink, I see these rich snobby white people that come to get some coffee and harass minorities while they are at it. I feel so bad for anyone that works at this location ):
