Customer service is wonderful! Everyone says hello when you walk in and are always friendly. Hard to find customer service like this anymore. I always walk in to order and get out within a reasonable time.
If you don’t say hot they will automatically assume you want iced. And they don’t know what a split shot is.
The staff are super quick in the mornings, and they are always friendly. I usually do online pick-ups but the drive through seems fast as well and they always get my order right.
I get people are short staffed but if that’s the case don’t put your estimated pick up time for a time that you’re not going to have the order ready. And if you’re only going to have 2 employees make sure they know how to make drinks. That’s not fair to the employee that didn’t get the right training and you’re throwing her to the wolves it seems like.
Drive thru hours never match what's online and was closed in the middle of an afternoon at least once. When I am able to get my order it's correct and tastes good.
This location isn’t the quickest. I feel like for this location it’s faster to go in and order them to go through the drive through. Staff is always friendly.
Susan Wagner is the GOAT!!! My mom had a really rough day but still picked up the parking lot on her way in and SW hooked her up for her act of kindness. Kindness begets kindness, Wagner has no idea the difference and joy she made in my mom today. Thank you!
The make coffee. The people are nice. The place is clean. Yay
Put in a mobile order about 15 minutes before I arrived. It was not ready when I got there, and no one acknowledged me or asked what I was waiting for. I waited another 10 minutes before I just had leave without my drink or I was going to be late to work. Not great experience.
I love this Starbucks I always mobile order. Everybody who works there is so sweet! My order is made quickly too. Drinks and treats are so delicious!!
