I've been here maybe 4 times and 2 of those times my order was messed up. Once it was fine. Today, they were out of cold brew coffee. At a coffee shop. The trouble isn't worth the overpriced coffee.

This Starbucks is always extremely busy however they do a great job of getting all the people in and out with the correct drink always having a smile on their face I would definitely come back to this Starbucks over and over again

Service and friendly staffExperienced my friends car being vandalized while inside .Lucky it wasn't stolen. Very upsetting after enjoying our coffee. Then walking out to find this horrific act.Lakewood Police took report.

Wonderful staff here and such a relaxing environment. Super appreciative to the lady who waited on me today and opened the door once she saw I was on crutches. That's just above and beyond.

Order ahead on app but couldn't go in side. Had to get in line. Then had to wait 45 min in line for them not to give me everything I order and messed up on what they gave me. I called and there like yeah I have that drink in front of me, you can come back and get it, an hr after I ordered it. ?

I understand that covid has thrown all business’ thru a loop. However I do think you should just shut down mobile ordering if you’re going to close the lobby! It defeats the purpose of ordering ahead to wait 20+ minutes in your drive thru for something I already paid for and don’t want to abandon! Super frustrating!!

Not sure if hours are changing or store closing but everytime I have came to this location they are always closed. It says open by 6am. I went at 7am and still closed 8am closed. Both lobby and cones placed by drive thru so no cars could enter. Some signs on the door with some sort of update would be nice!!!

This store continues to close it's lobby for staffing or other issues. I use the online app and order ahead of time for convenience. However, I am left sitting in the long drive through line and is no longer convenient. A 2 minute stop turns into 12. At least leave your doors open for the online orders!

honestly not a great location. they are extremely slow, if you place a mobile order it takes upwards of 20 min for them to make it. I waited almost 25 once after the time in which it was supposed to be made. They randomly shut down front room and are unaware that it doesn't update on the app and say pick up is unavailable. So if you place a pick up order you end up waiting in the drive thru line (this has happened to me multiple times). If you don't have atleast 30 min to wait, don't go here

Waited in the drive thru on Friday morning, was literally speaking so highly of this location versus others. Then we pull up to take our order and the woman taking our order was so incredibly rude and snappy, had an attitude when we said we had something else to order for breakfast then ignored us when we asked for the total. Got to the window and asked who was taking orders and that they were incredibly snappy and rude and they responded with “If we hear even the smallest bit of being rude they’re rude back” and I was so shocked I laughed thinking she was kidding and said “maybe that’s something you should work on” and they repeated “if we think someone is being rude, we get rude back”. All we did was say we needed a second before ordering. So unprofessional.
