I have to admit, this location is a complete joke. My first visit, the food was terrible. A Chili Cheese with onion. Not to labor intensive, right? It was terrible! Tonight same order, with onions. No onions added. The part that really got me, is the the fact that he started to give me every item, individually? You don't have a bag for all of this? Really? Never again! Pathetic!
I feel bad because I think this location is struggling with staffing. Wait times are generally very long and then once I get my food there’s always a minor thing incorrect. After noticing that my sauce was missing when I went through the drive thru I drove into a drive up spot and asked for some ranch and ketchup. After 10 minutes I’ve decided that it’s going to be faster to go to the grocery store across the street. I’ve been here 30 minutes total…
The last few times we’ve gone to this sonic we have been disappointed. The food is not great. The drinks have no flavor and they take forever. So we just go to the Sonic of Ken Caryl in Littleton whenever we want sonic since the food and drinks are way better
Ordered from here not once but twice in hopes of receiving my complete order. The 1st time I didn't receive items paid for. And the 2nd time I ordered popcorn chicken with Buffalo sauce and it was so completely drowned in Buffalo sauce it was completely inedible. Very disappointed, only worth getting a drink from.
The chicken in my wife's wrap was the same dry ripped up old chicken that for some reason was also shoved in the bottom of my popcorn chicken, the rest were batter only and the few good pieces tasted.. ok. Our food was cold and even the ocean water I got was out of syrup so tastes like bland seltzer water, the only sugar I got was the occasional nerd up the straw I had added. Absolutely unacceptable.
Absolutely disgusting!! Hot dog was cold and nasty. My green chili burger was nasty and not even done. My daughters kids meal burger wasn't done, we didn't even take a few bites and now my kid is throwing up. Will never go to this place again!!! And to think we sat in line for over 15 minutes and no one was in front just one vehicle.
They are struggling, understaffed and are part of the food shortage but I rarely go and receive the correct order. They're typically alright, I guess. No MAJOR complaints. Staff is typically cool, too.
Could use a little more attention to details of the order sometimes. Yeah, I can take tomatoes off my burger no problem. Being allergic and having residue still there still makes me break out, just not as badly. Otherwise good service and a better burger than most drive-thru.
This location can be ok at times. Recently they have been not so great. I ordered a sandwich the other day a bacon something. And what I got was what looked like an employees made up sandwich with toast I stead of a bun and bbq instead of bacon, no lettuce and it was soggy. Couldn’t eat it had to throw it away even though I paid for it. Today I went and my app wasn’t working so I ordered through the box. Placed my order and never got any pop up on the screen to pay. Waited like 10 mins and still nothing at all. Had to go elsewhere for food. Wasted all my lunch break..
If I could give 0 stars I would. They don't even deserve 1. Absolutely the worst service in a Sonic location in the entire nation. The kid at the window put lime in my Dr Pepper instead of the Mango Limeade I also ordered and instead of giving me a new cup with Dr Pepper he decided to dump out the drink and refill the cup when I am allergic to lime. Times before now I have gone here, they weren't there when they were supposed to be, Paid for many orders ahead of time and couldn't pick them up. Do not go here. There was 1 person ahead of me this morning and it took 20 minutes to get my 2 drinks I ordered ahead on the app and they were wrong so it took an additional 5 minutes. And I am now late for work. Thanks. Take the time and spend the money on gas to avoid this location.
