We work at the hospital and we are busy. So we called at 9:21pm (they close at 10pm) and asked to order 4 burgers and fries to go. We were told that they can't make them that late, that it was too much to do that close to closing. So we talked to the manager on shift, and she said the same thing. Absolutely ridiculous. If you don't want to make food after 9pm, then close at 9. So we went to OC.

NON-FREEDOM FRIENDLY!!! Mask mandate ended in JeffCo Friday 2/11/22 at 11:59pm Came in on Saturday 2/12/22 for dinner and I was required by staff to wear a mask to order my food. Diners at tables were not required to wear masks. If you're going to require masks at your location, you may as well shut down your dining room, because there's no point otherwise. I will not be returning to this location until the policy is changed.
Tristan was good taking our order. Caspar checked on us multiple times and took good care of us when we had a problem. The food tasted good. They had some unique options on the menu. They allowed our MOPS program to do a Sunday fundraiser with them. The sign said locally owned and operated. They had optional tipping.
We ordered delivery since we had been sick and we were still recovering but everything was fresh, the shake was still cold and thick, and the burgers were nice and warm. The burgers were delicious and decently sized for the price. The shake we ordered was the Reeses with oreo added on, which was very good, with plenty of oreos threaded in the shake and of course plenty of peanut butter chunks.
Pre-Covid, this place was a great place for burgers, tots and milkshakes. It is now a real struggle to get good hot food in a timely manner. We've been there several times and it's always a problem when we get set to go there.
Great burger place. They have many unique options, such as the chorizo burger. Don't miss the excellent smash fries with rosemary and garlic.
Wish I could have gave no stars to the place who sent food to my family that could kill them!! When I called to ask manager Casper Rios what happened he laughs about it !! If you want salmonella and like raw chicken this is the place for you ????
Ordered through Uber Eats, I paid for a Spicy Baja Burger and my daughter ordered an egg on her burger. I got a classic smash delivered and my daughter didn’t get the egg on her burger. At least my husband and son got their right order!
