Great place to EAT nice PEOPLE but on the other hand my husband goes in to shop for a date he's 6 foot very skinny Wears glasses and. Looks 35 but is 64. Your place is so nice but DENNIS picks up woman so look out girls he's MARRIED. It's a great place and people need to stop complaining. And no I don't KNOW anyone THERE. But my husband shops there for a mate so watch out for a skinny man. Wears glasses looks 49 but is 64 girls find out about a guy before you date THEM. Almost Complete HamburgerThis is the second time that we have ordered Double Avocado Club Burger from Smashburger from the Lakewood City Commons locations. Both times there was NO AVOCADO. They get everything right about the hamburger except the avocado. If they don’t have avocado take it off the menu or at least let the person ordering the hamburger know. Their name is appropriate, they smash your dreams of a good hamburger without avocado. They are over priced for the product they sell. Hamburgers are good but not what we order. Not sure if we are coming back again. Anyway, we are moving to the land of What-a-Burger. At least we don’t have the problem with avocado
The food is always good, but this location smells so bad, like sewage or something. It makes me not want to go in at all.
They gave me fried chicken instead of grilled.. probably had too many old ones already made, because it doesn't taste good. Disappointing. the fries were also squishy
I picked up lunch yesterday at this Smashburger. The restaurant had a strong smell of sewer gas, making time in the facility unpleasant. And somehow, the burger and salad I got had incorporated the smell and taste. It was awful.. I think the Health Department needs to investigate.
Love the burgers and fries. Smells kind of funky if you dine in. Hopefully that goes away when they finish redecorating.
They no longer have salted caramel shakes ? but the truffle mushroom swiss burger is still the greatest
I wish I could rate higher bc the food was good, the only thing they messed up was missing avocado on an avocado bacon club burger lol. But the inside of the store smelled like actual human waste and I felt my stomach churning the moment we opened the door. Luckily we ordered online and weren’t there for long but I’ve been in porta potty’s that smell better than this.
It's really the best, look forward to a SmashBurger everytime I visit home. I'd happily argue it is the best chain burger restaurant, although it's best in Colorado with the Colorado Burger.
Awesome location food is consistantly fantastic. Girls are good about asking people to wear a mask without offending people. It's takes a special bunch to work customer service and food service positions during this time, and the two main women here are great. Side note we travel out of our way and only visit this location because it's just the best. The one by our house does not even compare to this greatness!
