Serendipity was absolutely amazing! The food was great, the prices and the customer service all aces! They made such incredible food for our tea party baby shower that was right on the money with the theme and delicious! They were diligent, punctual and extremely friendly. Great experience! We had a small elopement reception, 30 people, at the Denver Botanic Gardens and Serendipity Catered. From the months of correspondence with Brie, the coordinator, and then the actual event management with Jillian, the catering captain, everything was smooth. Everyone was so accommodating, kind, and a pleasure to work with. Food was delicious and the table set up was beautiful. Jillian even packed up plenty of food for my husband and I to enjoy when we got home. I'm still snacking on the macarons. Highly recommend.
Working with Serendipity for our wedding was a dream! The whole team was so helpful and communicative from start to finish. Our wedding guests could not stop talking about how delicious the food and drinks were! Our catering captain Sam ran everything like a well-oiled machine. I contracted with Serendipity Catering to cater my mother’s 90th birthday celebration. I couldn’t be more pleased with the process and outcome! Serendipity Catering was extremely easy to work with, professional, and very customer oriented. My contact was Liana, and she worked with me to provide a very personalized experience for my mother’s special day. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and servings were generous! There were two small glitches: my mother’s birthday cake, while beautiful, was decorated in the wrong color, and the crew scheduled to pick up the serving pieces and table linens after the event were caught in traffic and unable to arrive at the appointed time. They did, however, contact us to let us know they were going to be late. This is the reason for the 4 star rating; otherwise, I would have given them a 5! If I ever need to cater another event, I will definitely contact Serendipity Catering! Another tidbit: their bid was easily 30-40% less than other local caterers!
Sara and Emmy wanted breakfast for dinner at their wedding reception and Serendipity understood exactly what they were going for. We tried to explain that biscuits and gravy for a Midwest crowd had to be perfect and Serendipity said - We got this, And they sure did! Two types of biscuits, sausage and gravy, fried chicken - and they were perfect. They collaborated to let us bring in family made jams and honey from our hives. When the girls said they’d like to have VooDoo Donuts with their cake - Serendipity said no problem. This group just wanted the girls to have their perfect wedding. The Serendipity staff that worked with us at the Denver Botanical Garden Orangery were like a friend of the bridal party working diligently and keeping everyone happy and entertained. No one went home hungry - the food was beautiful and it tasted great. The ingredients were fresh - the salmon Brie omelet was smoky and delicious. The roasted vegetables and spinach with goat cheese salad was beautiful. We would use them again in an instant. Thank you for making the evening absolutely wonderful. Parents of the Brides
Serendipity Catering recently catered my 5/22 wedding at the Denver Botanic Gardens. Their team did a wonderful job, and all of the guests were very happy with their sit down dinner. I really appreciated the teams thoroughness leading up to the event, reviewing all details with me over the phone. My weddings guests particularly enjoyed the bartenders and servers who were so friendly and provided excellent service. I definitely recommend working with Serendipity Catering for your wedding or a special event.
Very professional and responsive personnel. The captain/day of coordinator, Brie, is wonderful. And the ladies she had on her crew were terrific too. Food presentation was good. Food itself - three items were excellent; I’d probably look into different options for two other items for our next event. Would definitely recommend! I know catering companies are swamped right now, and Serendipity still managed to be very responsive, timely and friendly.
Two words: crepe bar! We hired them to cater our wedding at the Denver Botanic Gardens and I'm so glad we did. The food was fresh, delicious, and the price-point was what you'd expect for a wedding. The best part was how great the staff was on our special day, and how accommodating they were at every turn. Don't hesitate to book them for your next event!
I don’t think anyone can ever say that every moment of planning a wedding went perfect. But what really matters is that one important day. I admit that I was worried leading up to my wedding due to working with so many different people. But eventually I was paired with William who was very experienced and a delight to work with. Laura, the owner, took extra care in helping us and went above and beyond to address our concerns during the planning process. The day of my wedding was absolutely beautiful. The bartenders were phenomenal and William was very attentive to our needs. After such an amazing experience, I have nothing but good things ti say about Serendipity and I’m happy that we made the choice to utilize their services.
