Called to get a to go order and the girl ask if I could hold so I said yes. She then preceded with a conversation with her boyfriend on another phone. This was not only unprofessional but rude. Personal calls should be taken on your personal time not during your shift while you have paying customers on hold. I would reconsider the idea of finding better help.

Santiago's is always a reliable, efficient, inexpensive option for a hot meal when we're craving Mexican food. I always enjoy my meals here.I particularly like the stuffed sopapillas. Their burritos are also quite solid. On this particular experience, we were traveling into town kinda late, and were hungry. We stopped in 10 min before they closed. We asked if we could still order, and they said "of course!"We ordered and paid and had our food in under 10 min. And as always, the food was solid.

Always love me some Santiagos. Been a popular place in Denver for years. This location is the easiest for me to get to and grab a flavor of the day breakfast burrito. Dining room is still closed but they are pretty efficient with the to go orders.

We been eating for years ! However as of lately the service has been rushed and they’ve been rude, But the straw that broke the camels back is Last week I ate here and got really sick! For TWO Days ! When I called to speak to someone They ignorant Pendeja tried to tell me that it’s impossible that they’re burrito got me sick and it’s also impossible that I felt sick so fast. Then said yeah while have manager call you and hung up. I will not be returning to this place Ever!!!! AGAIN

We Love Santiagos, we have been going to Santiagos for many years, my grandkids love the Chile cheese fries. The service is good and and our orders are ready pretty quick for as busy as they are.

Not sure if this is the Santiago that I think it is. You know the one that famously known for its breakfast burritos? I came in for a couple of green chili burritos but the quality is below average in my opinion at least compare to what I had from Broadway location before.

This place used to be great, but it has gone down hill. They no longer offer dine in as an option and their customer service is sub par. Several times, I've been placed on hold and forgotten about, forcing me to order in person and wait. The good news is that the food is tasty and usually consistent, which is why I'm giving it a 3-star rating.Better news - there are other options in the area which offers better food, more dining options, and much better customer service. My personal recommendation is Jaimes Mexican Restaurant which is a couple of miles south of Santiagos.Hopefully, Santiagos will improve and will offer their in dining again.

I've found that some eateries have the same flavors across locations, no matter where you go. It's great to taste the same thing over and over. That's definitely the case with Santiago's.After eating at every location I can honestly say that, barring ordering the same thing, it will always taste wonderful from kitchen to kitchen. Thank you for your incredible work ethic, delicious flavors and desirable menu. My steak with chicharrones, half-and-half with guac was beyond the bomb. It keeps me coming back for more, time and time again. Great job, many thanks.

Very good food. Went there tonight and it maybe took 10 minutes to get the food. When I finally ate it, it was really yummy. I love the chips and salsa especially!
