Used to be our favorite place. Our Burgers had no taste whatsoever like they weren’t even seasoned at all. Only a smear of guacamole on my burger. The waitress was a little rude seemed very unhappy doing her job. No smile, no hello. Sat the drinks on the table and walked off. So disappointed. Won’t be coming back. Prices increased quality of food and service has gone down tremendously

We walked in to an empty restaurant. We were promptly sat and drink order taken. Nothing was friendly or inviting. Our drinks were dropped off at the table with no words being said or exchanged. I got one refill on fries. Burgers were unseasoned and tasteless. Mac and cheese was watery and also tasteless. This is now the third red Robin with similar experiences. Will not be returning to any location any time soon.
If you're ever in the mood for a burger, endless fries (add garlic, you'll thank me later), or a milkshake then this is the place to go. My personal favorite is the fish and chips. I've been coming to this restaurant for 20+ years. And I can always count on good food.
Worst Service I've actually ever had. Walked in at 8:30 pm on a Saturday night and the place was trashed. Worse yet, the hostess looked like she had been through a tornado which IS Red Robin on a Sat. night. I get it BUT it was painfully obvious how short staffed they are. That isn't the employees fault but it IS mgmts fault for allowing such a bad experience for both the employees and customers. As it stands, the business model is a fail and perhaps one solution might be to close half the restaurant if they can't staff it and clean it properly. The poor hostess looked like she was going to have a breakdown and I have never had such a crabby waitress. Red Robin, you are failing your employees and that unto itself is a terrible look.
Come to pickup an order for Uber, it’s already been 10 minutes at this point. Is t ready upon arrival, okay I’ll wait. Employee told me she would bring the order out when ready.Well, 10 minutes later I walk back inside & see the order just sitting there! Not on your racks, off to the side. Another employee got it & checked the contents for me.Please don’t just waste delivery drivers time by promising what you can’t delivery. I will wait inside, but don’t say you’ll bring it to me & let the order sit longer before bringing it out. Bad for your service, your customers & for the drivers.Please be better
Came in late night, around 9:15 for a quick snack. Greeter was not around to seat us for 5-10 minutes, I ran to the bathroom while we waited and my partner was at the table when I got back so no big deal on the seating delay. Our waiter was polite and friendly even so late at night. Food and drinks were good and we were on our way in no time. Was a great experience. Thank you.
I ordered a small Donato's pepperoni pizza and zucchini fries using ActiveMenus. The link was super easy to follow. The food was hot and ready to pick up right on time. The pizza was awesome. But the zucchini fries were a bit soggy by the time I got them home. I guess they don't travel well, but they still tasted good.
My kid got the chicken dish, they sent it out with fried onions which is not even ont the menu for kid sides. Then never even had chance to get more of the side of mandarin oranges because waitress never came over to check. The beverage person was on top of the game while I was with friends discussing their wedding I always had a full glass. Thing is that as parents know if your child is on an iPad and polite enough to not interrupt they will sit there waiting to get more food knowing you will check. I checked and kid wanted more, waited for waitress and it was ten minutes later she never checked table. Saw a hostess looking in direction, decided to wave she waved and went into kitchen. Food was good waitress was not, left 15 percent would have left 25 but waitress was not attentive and there were 4 tables active in her section.
If I could give no stars I would. It was our daughters birthday today. She wanted Chinese food, but picked Red Robin because they would sing to her. She was super excited to get there with the hopes of a birthday song at the end. (She has come here every year for her birthday since she was one, she is 11 now, as well as all of our other children.)We let the host know, our server know, and the manager know that it was her birthday and they all said they don’t do that anymore because of Covid. The manager dropped off a hard brownie cake, that we ordered to be sung to with. They ruined her birthday experience and didn’t even have the slightest care. we will absolutely never be back to this location again.We know that they did not stop singing because of Covid because we were in a different location February, October, and December mid pandemic and they sang to our kids every time.
I went on my 21st birthday with my mom to eat and have my first drink. I wouldn't recommend the margaritas for a first-timer, but their drink with rum and orange juice was great. The burger they have with the egg is amazing, but to warn people, the fries are bottomless, wasted opportunity cause I didn't know.
