The hamburger was absolutely delicious! Cooked just the way I like! The waitress was really nice, very friendly and professional. I will go back again very soon.

Wow... this place gets worse and worse. Do NOT order "to go"... it will get screwed up every single time. I threw away my food after eating half of it and regret that I ate so much. The burger was a hockey puck (severally over cooked, even IF I ordered it well done, which i didn't). I've had 4 bad experiences in a row at this location and each time I go back, I kick myself for going. I'm done with this place and will drive further to go to another location when I want Red Robin in the future.
Always a great experience, good beer, the bottomless sides are a cool feature.
The manager was pretty worthless here today. After the third time Red Robin didn’t deliver my food I placed on the Red Robin website got sent to the wrong address, he didn’t understand and or care. I called and spoke to a different manager last Sunday who hung up on me. The best solution to the problem the manager today had was for me to contact door dash for a refund. If stupidity was an Olympic event todays manager would defectively be getting a gold medal.
Burgers are always great, they do have bottomless apps which is magical.. I enjoyed my visits every time sitting at the bar.
service was extra great today was checked on frequently by staff and food came out in great time

Horrible service up front. Gave out number for them to txt when our table was ready. Never texted then lied on top of it after 10min wait turned to 20+ min wait. My son received a chipped sharp glass. Forgot to bring the appetizers we ordered and napkins but at least she apologized. Food was fresh and no complaints there. Would've been 5 stars but the service was lacking..
Ordered the southern charm burger. The burger was cooked as ordered. The server was very attentive and always made sure our glasses were full and our unlimited sides weren't empty. Great service, great food. We've been there several times and will continue to do so.
First the good: this place works very quick and our food was out within minutes of us even walking in the door. The manager- Angel, also made things right when we had an issue which I appreciate. He was very kind and got back to us immediately.Second the bad: Where to start? First I found a hair in my meal, which was a black and white short hair that looked almost like and animal hair. We don't own any animals and it certainly didn't come from me since I have longer brown hair. Next my burger was meh, mediocre at best. Bacon tasted microwaved and the patty was definitely not as good as it could have been. I got garlic fries with my sandwich only to have unmixed seasoning concentrated on one side of the batch. The atmosphere was mundane and lastly it was an extremely overpriced meal for the experience that we had. Will not be going again.
