I ordered a 3 cheese steak nachos Bowl and they gave me a half bag of chips and no steak on my food but charged me for an added protein. Guess I should have been paying more attention to the girl with a bad attitude who made the first half of my order. Shame on me.

The food is good. But the store is never open I don't think there has been a week where it was open fully . There will. Be no way of knowing it's closed. No sign nothing just locked doors. Think I'll switch to Chipotle.
It was 1:15pm and I was looking at my phone, when the staff decided it was time to move tables and chairs around. Dragging, banging and slamming the tables into the back of my booth. Sorry -lunch crew you were rude. No idea why it sounded like you were remodeling once side of the restaurant. As I was leaving a young lady with braces greeted me with “sorry to wake you”. Needless to say I will avoid this Qdoba.
Food fine. Nice building. Servers uninspired. No attention to the front of the house. Tons of staff, not many guests. Lots of trash, un-bused tables, unstocked plasticware, etc. Staff standing around joking with each other. Need a better manager.
So it started off with the customer service being mediocre at best. The place was extremely dirty including the tables and the glass over the food bar. The entry doors were filthy. I got steak and chicken in my bowl and the steak was not good. Tasted old. I am a manager for a restaurant and I have to say I was not impressed at all.
I have been in Lakewood and tried two times to get a taste for them due solely on location. I a huge quesadilla fan and love chipotle cheese queso with just extra chs And diced tomatoes. At Qdoba the cheese is softer and has no melted chs texture or flavor. They were out of pico and the guac was flavorless as was their mild salsa. Hot decent but not great. Next trip I had steak, extra cheese and peppers. Bad idea. Bland, flavorless all around. Nearly got sick trying to choke down tough meat and slimy cheese combo. Gave it away after a quarter of it. The homeless guy I gave it too said, no Chipotle? I know right?. Oh, and it was 13 bucks. Boring
The chicken burrito is made fresh to order. Once all of the ingredients are added it is large enough for 2 meals. The management immediately solved a problem I was having with the drink dispenser and gave me a bottled drink for the trouble.The service is friendly, fast, and they aim to please!
Maybe go to a different locationI didn't have a good experience. I was not acknowledged by the staff behind the counter for a while. I asked them a question as a way to get their attention and the staff said "no" and moved on without addressing me or my order. The drink area had clearly not been stocked that day. The floor was slippery and was dirty. The beans were undercooked and my burrito was rolled so that one end was all guacamole.
I live just around the corner I usually go there evenings after work but today I went there around 3pm and there was little girl working in the front line. I ordered brisket burrito but she said they don’t have brisket, I was like okay then I will get a steak and she puts like half of spoon. I told her can you put little more and she puts a few squares. And at the cashier she didn’t even ask me if it was here or to go, and she slides the burrito to me! I told here its to go bag please! Then she gave me a bag, but did not put my burrito in the bag!!! If you’re the owner of this store and reading it replay the video! This kind of high school kids not belong in this kind of restaurant! If They Do, they should be in the BACK! Not in the front!
