Worst Popeyes I've ever been to . Smallest order of fries for my combo . They charged for sauce . They also didn't give me the biscuit that comes with the combo . When I asked the girl she said , no you got the combo and you chose fries as your side . It literally said on the menu , one side , biscuit and drink . Not one or the other . I asked for a manger and she just walked away .

I guess I'll give it one star because the cashier got the total right but the guys was the worst food I've eaten in years. I can't think of a time I've had a worse meal with old cold chicken that was WAY overpriced. Never again Popeyes. Whatever you're doing for your business model, you're doing it wrong. ?
2 hours before closing. Management refused to cook regular chicken tenders and said all they had was spicy. Refused to cook rice and beans and told me all I could purchase was mashed potatoes. 14.00 for food I really don't like. Absolute worst customer service. This location in the mall should be closed down. ?
I ordered the small red beans and rice to take home because i was hungry, and i opened it up and it was just half of the container. May 1/4 cup of rice and less then a 1/4 cup of beans. I have remind myself to not eat there, the service is always bad and and very unfriendly. Not polite to customers at all. What a big theft to the customers, they don’t get what the pay for. Shame, shame!!!
Boo! One of the WORST Popeyes I’ve ever been to! $18 for just myself!? What?!?? Asked for an extra sauce, the guy said “yea, for 35 cents…..” all rude like. I gave him 35 cents and he sighed and gave me my sauce. Like what?!?! I paid for an extra sauce just give it to me! Will not be back again!
If you place a mobile order, be sure to check before you leave the premises to make sure everything is there. It seemed corners were intentionally cut, maybe as a cost savings measure? For what you pay, receiving everything you ordered should be a bare minimum. It was a very disappointing experience.
Wow! This place is EXPENSIVE! We ordered two of the 2 piece chicken meals with one side and it was $27. The chicken was dry and seemed to have set for a while. The biscuits were hard and you have to ask for condiments like butter, honey and hot sauce. This place is inside Colorado Mills Mall and really isn't a sit down place for food. The service was poor as the cashier made us feel like we were bothering him by wanting to place an order. He kept going back to another customer and handing out what seemed like extra food while he was trying to take our order. He was speaking to them in another language and when he came back to us he again seemed annoyed. We have never been to Popeye's but saw the commercials and thought we'd try it. Based on this experience, the food quality, service and cost will prevent us from going back.
They gave me undercooked chicken then tried to say it wasn’t pink.
Ordered online asked for sauce to go with our huge family meal of chicken strips, there was no sauce in the bag. We asked for some and they said we'd have to pay extra for it, there was a huge line so my family (including my in-laws ?) had to go without sauce..
Horrible service ever had in my life, manager on staff at 6pm does not take job seriously, everyone on staff was rude and wanted to fight, pre closed early wanted to tell me that tea made at 7am is fresh, it had mold in it and would not exchange for new drink or refund. Horrible cleanliness, store was trashed. I've been a GM and this place is sad. Everyone working that at night needs to be gone, cant beleive somone would even hire that worthless trash.
