Our most recent order was fantastic! Everything we ordered was delivered quickly and HOT! Very good wings and stuffed crust pizza! Delivery driver was on point!!

I have given this place many chances before putting this review so please consider. Their orders are never on time and I even have a friend who doordashes and he literally had to just wait 18 minutes after the pickup time to get the order causing him to spend 37 minutes completing one delivery for $7.50.Stores like this are causing drivers to lose money I don't know what their problem is and I don't care because I will not be going back there ever again I will go to Papa John's where the order is always ready sorry for the bad review but you deserved it as this is not the first time and there have been many no particular seems to be at fault when I was there as they seem to be working as fast as they could but still doesn't matter the reason customers want their pizza and they're pizza on Time
Never had a bad experience here. The pizza always comes out hot and fresh.
Just tried to order some pizza from the pizza hut and was unable because apparently when you call it gets routed to a call center and the call center does not have this location in their database. Pizza hut certainly wins with most interesting way to order pizza by routing it to a call center.
Horribly made cheese sticks and barely any sauce on my wings. Wasted $40 on a big dinner box and got this… a pizza with no cheese on one side and not even cut into pieces and to top it off added in some old stale mozzarella sticks this was suppose to be cheesy sticks. ?? ?
Called me when my delivery should of been at door. Called from store to te me they couldn't give me change even though they were at store and it's not first time they deliver at my house. I understand for drivers safety. Did not do anything to help after I told them the app wasn't taking my credit card. Could of taken my cc over phone instead of canceling my order. Should have never gave them a second chance after they messes up my order last time. They lost my order called back to say if I still wanted it. After waiting for over 2 hrs. Didn't even offer anything I had to make them give me free wings. Never again.
Wow! Pizza Hut has permanently lost my business. On the plus side, Papa Murphy’s delivers thru a variety of services! I ordered online and asked for a thin and crispy. What i got was an overcooked, barely warm, original crust and was largely inedible along the edges due to overcooking. The crust was tough and the pizza was over salted. The order arrived well outside the estimated delivery time. Don’t waste your money here - order from Papa Murphy! Bye bye Pizza Hut. You couldn’t pay me to eat your food again.
The Driver was courteous and polite, NO BLAME ON HER!!! We'd had a couple inches of snow yesterday and obviously slowed everything down. It was over an hour and a half from ordered online to delivered. I ordered pizza and cinnabon rolls. They were barely warm. Now normally I usually eat half of my pizza in a matter of minutes but this time I could barely eat 2 pieces and I threw the rest in the garbage. I'm not blaming the driver. I'm blaming whoever decided it was a smart idea to have an order in a car for over an hour and a half when I am just a 5 minute drive from the store. I've had Right Knee Replacement surgery and can't drive or I would have came and got it myself.
Replace the cold, old and stale tasting large supreme pizza w/ extra ingredients you gave me, and that I paid $29.01 for, with a fresh, warm large supreme pizza w/ extra ingredients... and, maybe throw in an order of bone-out garlic parmesan wings as a show of goodwill.
