Do NOT order delivery from this location. They don’t know how to do it. Multiple times over the past year this location has failed to deliver the order correctly. Asking for contactless delivery does not work either. The incompetence alone should remove the delivery option from this location.
The problem is training manager and crew crew members are the leadership results of the management I used to work for pizza hut now retirement the pictures of the pizza crust is all wrong not dark enough oven temperature is not up to cook settings. Cold products crew needs to keep up crew doesn't care about the customer only when they want to. The whole crew including the management needs retraining again !!
Claimed they delivered pizza and never did, then took 30 minutes on the phone to resolve. Ended up driving over to pick up a new one and they forgot to put it in the oven. Would probably avoid this location
Ordered a pizza from them and opened the sealed pizza box and a huge bite was taken out of one of the slices. You could see the teeth marks and a huge chunk of the crust and topping is missing. Called their restaurant and had to wait on hold and they were incredibly rude, did not apologize and basically said it wasn’t their problem.
Solid. Although the shop fee is like 5.00. I get the driver fee. It makes sense. Everything is pricey. 10 dollars for a pizza is awesome. But the store fee is getting to be ridiculous. I know they are recouping prices from covid -19. But jeebus!
I received burnt pizza that was also cold from sitting out forever, they even ruined our order by saying it was for pickup, and the staff is very rude, we tried to reason with them about our order and they hung up on us, worst food I’ve purchased in a while.
Ordered delivery: large pizza, wings, mozzarella sticks, brownie. Not hard to mess that up, right?Wrong.Delivery guy forgot the wings and mozzarella sticks. Ask him to go back. Congress back and said he brought the wings, I ask him where the sticks are. He runs off and I check the box he gives me, is the mozzarella sticks not the wings. So I call the store and let them know and they said the guy just left again. We wait 30 minutes then call the store again and they proceed to tell me they have no wings for me and that they would credit us some. I ask for them right then, they tell me no and that I have to call the next day and ask for store credit because I have to "wait 24 hours." I am also told to call the store directly not the call center.Next day:Call and ask for my wings, they tell me they don't know anything about the credit and tell us to call the call center (exact opposite of what I was told the day prior). Proceed to explain to whoever is in the other line everything that happened. They agree to give us the wings, but want to charge us a $5 delivery fee... On wings and delivery that I already paid for. I say no, I'll come in and get them if they are going to charge us on wings that we should get for free.All around terrible service, people skills, and management issues.Clearly pizza hut corporate needs to look at this restaurant and do some "staff reorganizing" to get this pace running better.PS I have Covid right now (vax *3 and in March of 2022 is crazy at this point right?), so sorry for having to come in.
Made me wait an extra 10 minutes and they gave me my pizza all messed up.
I am undecided on if I like the Belmar pizza hut.They don't like giving the sides I know that much.The last time I ordered about 2 weeks ago.I didn't get my quepapa's things.The manager I called and talked to then. She told me after I make my order on line to call the store and they would send it with my order.I did call the store.The guy said there's a $10 credit to my account.But he can't do that.Because I ordered on line. I only ordered the pizzas to try the quepapa things.The delivery driver said he'd be back with them but yet still nothing. I won't order from this store again.But they are still stealing money from you if you pay for it and don't get it. Other then not getting everything I paid for and lied to the pizza was good.
Overall, the service was good. The pizza was delicious until I discovered a small clump of the dirt that mushrooms are grown in on my slice, also known as manure. So, I didn't finish my pizza after that discovery. Perhaps they should clean their mushrooms a little better.
