I've driven by the restaurant numerous times and always kick myself for not stopping because it smells amazing. Today, we bit the bullet and ordered take out. We got the Piggin Out Sampler, with mashed potatoes and kale salad.All the meats in the sampler were remarkable, my favorite being the ribs, my husband's favorite being the ribs. Tender, juicy, flavorful without needing any sauce at all. But the sauces were also amazing. The stand out was absolutely the Sweet Pineapple. Sweet, without being overtly so. We also had the Spicy (a kick without too much spice), Mild (good for all the meats), and Carolina Vinegar (thicker than I would have expected, but a nice vinegary bite).The mashed potatoes were smooth and almost smokey flavored, pairing perfectly with the BBQ. And the kale salad was the perfect crunchy fresh bite, topped with apples and golden raisins to cut the deep rich flavors of the meat.The amount of food that came in the sampler was great for the price, enough food for 3-4 people, all for only $39.99. For us, a great meal, with enough leftovers for tomorrow as well. We will absolutely be back.
One of the greatest bbq joint in Colorado. Definitely worth it to come here and try their BBQ There ribs are one of the most flavorful and juicy ribs. The candy Mac and cheese is delicious as well.
Brilliant place! Outdoor seating, amazing food, friendly people. We shared a big meat sampler as a family and it was a lot of food for a great price. Everything was great quality. We tried all the sauces and loved the raspberry habanero and the Carolina mustard. We will definitely eat here again.
Went here on a suggestion from our hotel and WOW! The ribs fall off the bone and the sauce is nice but NOT NEEDED. Great place, amazing food, and nice folks. You MUST try!
This place has some amazing BBQ I loved their turkey and hot sausage. I will be coming back for sure…. Not to mention they will be catering my wedding. Looking forward to working with the team here. Rachel was such a nice and friendly person!!!
I got take out of their 'Piggin out sampler' The meats were FANDAMNTASTIC. Brisket, Prok, Chicken & Ribs . . .all smoked perfectly and fall apart. The cornbread was good and tasty but not over dry or over moist. The alla carte rolls were fresh and delicious. The Mac n Cheese was SUPER and very tasty, they use 4 dif cheeses in it's production. They stiffed me on my other side of beans somehow but with all the food I didn't miss them any way. I'd highly recommend this place regardless and intend to visit again to try some of the more inventive sandwiches.
Went today for the first time. It was amazing. I appreciate a good selection of sides and they were also very good. He said I would be back and he was right! This place is worth checking out! Banana pudding was a hit with everyone too!
So much better than the Moe's chain right down the street. And I love this place's vibes; mainly outdoor seating and a beer garden. Reminds me of a Portland food truck pod!
First time to try. Excellent Bbq Had brisket, pulled pork and sausage.
Delicious! They pair wonderful flavors together with generous portions! My go to for bbq and definitely will always go back. They have done an amazing job with the outdoor seating! Definitely a must eat!
