Got my pizza and it’s the wrong pizza plus I only received one drink instead of 2. Is it really that hard to get an order right? Plus I’ve been hung up on several times when trying to call them back! This is the last time I’ll be ordering from Papa John’s.

Not a rating for this store but PJ in general, second time I have tried to order by phone .. first time got call center person that couldn't get my address right.. hung up figured if they can't get easy address right how are they going to get my order right. Called again today (many months later) again got call center person .. had to verify and repeat everything twice, got to the payment at end and was told they are not taking credit cards .. cash only. Hung up and called Domino's.. Strike two PJ...
I just ordered from this place. The dough was halfway cooked on the pizza. Buffalo wings were halfway sauced.
We ordered delivery Sunday night, after an hour the app said delivered. Not sure who got it, but it definitely wasn't us. Called 4x unsuccessfully, as the automated system disconnected me on every menu selection except place a new order. This of course was outsourced and when he tried to connect me to the store (twice) it also immediately disconnected. So we went to the store, got a refund, and they remade our food while we waited.
I love Papa John’s pizza so much. I ordered carry out because $8 for a large PJ pizza is great. Pizza was made in a timely fashion, delicious as always. However, when I called the store, I got sent to a call center and placed my order there. It was hard to understand the woman on the phone, but I assumed everything was probably ok. Then I got a follow up text in poor English asking if I wanted to receive SMS offers from Papa Johns. I though “no way I’m getting scammed by a pizza chain…” When I got to the store everything went fine. The call center experiment sucks. The store was in okay condition, but a couple employees were walking around aimlessly and it was pretty dirty inside.
The pizza s were very good and make the way I had ordered them . Best pizza we ate in a long time . Great tasting Pizza.
I order 2 stuff crust PEPPERONI PIZZA WITH A 2 LITER soda. I guess the ad on line is misleading it shows the whole pizza full of PEPPERONI. when I got the pizza both were only cheese. my wife called and said I thought I ordered PEPPERONI pizza the gut says ya it PEPPERONI stuffed crust the PEPPERONI is in the crust. wtf so the ad on line shows PEPPERONI on the pizza it's self. I feel as if I got burned. I will NEVER EVER ORDER from papa johns again!!!
1 hour to make and deliver a pizza shows incompetence and lousy customer service! They gave an eta of 70 minutes for delivery of 1 large pizza with 3 toppings .. they are already 30 minutes later than the 70 minutes they estimated! How do these kind of companies stay in business?
Workers had their front doors locked during business hours. Went in for a pick-up, forgot my ID in the car, and front doors were locked both times I tied to go in. Got an upset reaction because I knocked hard to get someone's attention inside to know I was outside after knocking softly over and over without being noticed.I understand if staff is under a break/lunch or something. But their employee's response was that they feel the neighborhood is "dangerous" during daylight hours.This isn't some crazy crime-ridden neighborhood inside some inner downtown hood, or ghetto compared to some other parts of CO.Any pizza joint won't have their doors locked during daylight hours in any neighborhood, unless the employees brought something/someone in after them. No offense to pizza joint owners, but it's not exactly a big score like robbing cash from a bank. Buyer beware of coming to this place, if crazy stuff happening, it's what they're excpecting to happen anytime soon. In this normal neighborhood for some reason.
Delivery was great but the pizza was horrible, the cheese was hard, we stuck it in the microwave and oven and it still wouldn’t even melt.I have eaten at papa johns multiple times and have never experience this before.
