DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Covid/Sickness exposure!!! Their phone number online was bringing us to somebody's personal phone number so I went in to order. After I ordered my food I sat down on the bench that they had. There was an employee sitting next to me at a small table folding boxes for food to go into. He kept coughing and rubbing his face and his hair and touching the boxes. He was visibly sick and miserable! He was not wearing a mask and none of the employees are wearing gloves or washing hands while handling food after handling the cash drawer. I asked the lady if the guy was sick and she said "he has a little tickle in his throat "I asked her again is he sick and she replied "yes that's why we have him folding boxes." I told her that he's coughing all over them and they are going to make a lot of people sick. She said under her breath "Hope you got insurance." I asked her what did you say and she said she didn't say anything. I requested my money back. Her name is Shawnda and the other sick guys name is Anthony. I will never go here again!
The service was extremely slow and the employees were extremely rude. The only employee that cared was the one taking out the trash. He handed me my order right after handling trash and did not wash his hands!!! That alone shows that they don’t care about the health of there customer and have never teach the basics of food safety. They also smashed the garlic sauce open in the box and then handed it to and the box spilled all the garlic sauce on causing heavy damage to my car seats.
Took my money and won't answer the phone. They cancelled the order AFTER AN HOUR. Now I won't be able to eat tonight since I'm flat broke and this was my treat to myself
We've lived nearby since 2005 and have ordered pizza from this location intermittently for years. We have never had a bad experience! Pizza is always ready when they say it will be, exactly as ordered, with friendly service. We almost always place our order somewhere between 4-6pm. Very happy and will order again!
I keep trying to like papa John’s but this location is too bad at their job to want to do business with again. I ordered in the middle of the day for a 6 pm delivery of six pizzas. At 10 till 6, I had received no notification of delivery coming. I called them 4 times and kept getting hung up on. Finally I called the national number and they transferred me direct. The person said my order was ready but they had no delivery driver at the moment and were waiting for them. 30 minutes later my like warm pizza arrived. One of the pizzas was wrong and I tried to call them direct and through the national number and got hung up on 5 times and never could talk to anyone to correct the issue. They don’t even send their drivers with Parmesan and red pepper so I was SOL on that since I didn’t ask for it beforehand but I can’t talk to anyone to ask for it…. I’m done with papa John’s!
Both my boyfriend and I got food poisoning from the pizza we ordered and after eating half the pizza, I found more than one long hairs in my pizza. So gross!I was so disgusted! Not to mention ordering pizza from Papa John’s is not as cheap as it used it be. Save your money, and your stomach from turmoil. Don’t order from this location!
Good pizza, but I just called and employee told me they can’t take my order cuz their system is down. Usually when they say 5-10min for their system to come back online it takes much longer. I wouldn’t bother with papa johns today.
I am a delivery driver for a 3rd party company, and had 3 orders last night. I waited for about 30 mins for the orders to be done last night and experienced a few disturbing things. First, the manager on shift went outside to do something in his car (it smelled like smoke), came in and immediately started working on the dough again. Didn’t wash his hands or put on gloves. Second, when a customer wanted to pay with cash, he did the transaction and again, didn’t wash his hands. He would answer the phone, type orders on the computer and still not wash his hands before returning to the dough. Next, every time an order would come in, he would yell “f**k”, then turn back at me and would apologize for his language. This happened about 4 different times. Bad language doesn’t usually offend me, but it got to the point where it was becoming ridiculous. Last, when the phone rang he would yell to the crew “do not answer that phone”. Eventually the phones were ringing off the hook (This is when he answered and didn’t wash hands after). This call was a customer requesting to cancel their order because it was taking so long. He straight up LIED to the customer and said that someone pulled into the parking lot to deliver the pizza. I looked outside and there wasn’t a single person there besides myself. I love Papa John’s and really hope that this location finds someone a little bit more professional to run things. Until then, I won’t be back.
Placed order and over 70 minutes in still in the "making" process. Continuously call and no answer. Contact help chat and directed to a survey website. Said I wanted a refund and was informed to call. Seriously frustrated with both the store and the help chat.
Cheese sauce with the garlic knots and pepperoni on the pizza.....that's what we ordered but I don't see it here anywhere..... Not even garlic sauce. Never again with this location
