They seem to always have a lot of challenges at this panera. They were short employees for quite a while. out of cups or out of cream or out of something half the time when I'm there. they were out of diet sodas for a week once. Good food and I do like going there other than the issues I have sometime
Disappointed. I was so looking forward to my birthday lunch here but was sorely disappointed. Staff couldn't carry less about customer service. Got 2/3 of our order and after waiting 10 min for the 3rd meal I went to check on it. It was wrapped up and had just been sitting on the counter. The manager? Warmed it up and threw it on a plate. Food was so- so... the poor manager walls running around like a crazy person trying to get orders together while most the employees just stood around. The store also had a wierd dirty/rotten smell. Super unappetizing. We definitely won't return to this location.
It wasn't as good as they one in Stapleton. It was lunch time, but they still had the Spinach & bacon souffle on the shelf. One of my favorite items. Clerk said they have been sitting there for a minute, and she didn't know why they were still there. I asked for half price since it was 2 hours after they cut off breakfast. She said no, she couldn't do that. Very disappointing. She was more concerned about getting off work in 2 hours. I heard her tell a co-worker while I was waiting. The best part of the experience at Panera was the pecan braid it was tasty. The coffee was weak. Surprisingly since I ordered the dark roast. What customer service...
Not only is every visit to this location disappointing, but now it's nasty. If this is how vents that just need a wipe with a cloth look, I don't want to think about how moldy the ice machines must be
When you order a chicken sandwich with bacon and avacado and this is what you get. Employees can't even put the sandwich together. They were out of bacon but never told us. Unfortunately the manager who just started a shift walked into a disaster of a store left over from the last manager. The floors and counters were filthy.
Stopped by Panera Bread, my old breakfast stomping ground for some lunch. The location was pretty busy and everyone inside seemed to be enjoying themselves. It’s always sad, however, to know that you’ve arrived just past 1030am and you can’t order breakfast even though they have dozens upon dozens of bagels still. Wish they could change that policy.I decided to order a Pick Two lunch: a chicken salad sandwich and tomato soup with an apple. The soup was great, nice and hot, exactly what you expected. But the chicken salad sandwich, my goodness, so disappointing. The portion size was a joke. I even had to ask the staff if this was right and the guy beyond the prep area said, “yes, that one scoop, and that’s even a big portion I gave you.” (Looking at photo).First off, anytime you hear somehow refer to your food in scoop sizes is completely unprofessional. Second, there is no way the portion size on that sadly looking concoction is adequate for anybody. The lunch was rather disappointing. To finish it off, the price for my entire lunch (a pick two and a small coffee) was $15! That’s crazy talk to me, I felt that this meal was very overpriced and the portion size was very much taking advantage of the customer. If I’m spending that amount of money on lunch, not dinner but lunch, I would expect to have a larger portion.Overall, my visit was rather bleh, and would had rather spent my money elsewhere that day.
John and his staff were amazing, soup was fresh, sandwich was crispy and salad was refreshing! Definitely happy to stop by!
This Panera location is in the Belmar shopping district right off of Alameda and Wadsworth and is the corner store in a strip mall type setting. The indoor seating is unusually arranged as it is off to the side and almost behind the front counter. I however sat at the outside patio section and one would usually think that being on such a busy street, the traffic noise would be unbearable, but I really didn't notice it. The service was fast and efficient as the employee at the register serviced me with a no nonsense militant style of strict business only conversation making short work of my order. I can appreciate this behavior when I'm on the go and don't have time to chit chat. Overall good service.
I ordered online. The app told me that some things were not available (TOMATOES AND ROMAINE) i ordered a Mediterranean bowl with chicken and only got feta, grains, hummus olives and a few small pieces of chicken. I also ordered the teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl....I got three pieces of broccoli, rice and chicken. The app didn't tell me I wasn't going to get half of my food. If you are missing that much items maybe charge accordingly. I could have went somewhere else if I would have known.
It's a cold day/night, my girl and I were craving some hot soup. I get here 10mins before they close and they tell me that all their soups have been put away for the night...I guess closing up faster at the end of the night is more valued here than the very thing keeping the lights on, my hard earned dollars I was about to just happily spend here.
