I used to love this place, but this order is my last. Cost has gone way up, and the portions are much smaller. Ordered broccoli and beef, I only got one piece of beef, the rest was just giant pieces of seemingly uncooked broccoli. The one pice of meat I got had a big hard chunk in it. The chow mein is dry and stale. Just overall a disappointment.
This was literally the single worst visit I have ever made to Panda Express. My mom was trying to use a coupon told the lady before she even put the food in bowls then the lady says no you didn’t tell me anything. The little fry cook female yells we’re crazy when I tell them we want it all refunded. The “lead says come back when the manager is here.” Um no you took the money just now you give it back. So told us no and wouldn’t let us stay until the manager showed up. Then magically she could throw away $30 in food and give us back the money. Believe me in a buyers industry I’ll be passing the word along.
Be careful if their cash registers are down! In the end we walked away with no food and got charged 3 times! The lady manager didn't offer any type of compensation for the trouble and time we wasted on their behalf. I had to call my bank to get the fees reversed. Horrible customer service, smh...
Don’t go here if you have any food allergy. If the transaction continued I could have been hospitalized or dead. Young Hispanic male employee served a customer before me and touched shrimp. I informed the employee I have a shellfish allergy and since he touched the shrimp could he change his gloves and wipe down his station. Male totally disregarded and was disrespectful when asked to . Small Hispanic Elderly female with glasses backed the male employee up by stating “Just change your gloves but don’t wipe it down.” when it’s basic food safety procedures to also wipe the surface. Male never changed his gloves and I left the store stating I was going to write this review. Retrain your employees here on food safety because it’s not followed at this location. I will never let this store have my business.
It pains to me to say it, but this Panda Express has gone way downhill based on me and my fiancé's recent trip here. I used to come quite a bit with my aunt and Grandma never any problems. Had an Uber Eats order today that said it was ready, but was no where near ready. They literally started making it when we got there. We were also missing one Orange Chicken. My fiancé just got off work and was a little irritated with everyone and I tried to be understanding of short staffing and what not, but the commucation seems to be lacking. The lady doing the pickup orders just randomly left at one point and the guy forced to do it after her didn't really seem to know what to do. The food is always amazing and I'm understanding that workers are humans, but this place is just lacking.
The employee threw a TON of low mein in the plate and skimped/threw a paltry amount of meat in there.I would have brought it up at the time but they had me sit and wait while they cooked and I was just too hungry & had somewhere to be in a short time to have them correct it.Despite the fact, the double order of meat (charged for double order of meat on the angus and a separate entree of orange chicken.) Pretty/very dissatisfied.I really dislike how it’s more casual/common for them to cheap out throwing a literal ton of noodles or rice when I came here for meat really even despite the double order and give paltry meat amount.By the way the low Mein noodles ok but slightly over cooked in some areas. Zero flavor or salt god forbid on the low mein. The orange chicken was great as always & the crab rations well too. However for $15 on a bigger plate to get paltry meat never coming here again.
It really pains me to write this. We used to love ordering take out from here. Tonight was at least the third time I placed an online order, arrived at the designated time 30 minutes later, and upon arrival the staff hadn't even started the order yet. They apparently hadn't received notification of the order. Which means for at least 30 minutes no one was checking the online orders. The manager tried to tell me I must be at the wrong store until I showed her my email order confirmation. So they told me to wait 10 more minutes. Meanwhile they keep putting together the orders for the five other people in line who ordered in the store. So what was the point of ordering online?! I also noticed when ordering online that they are "out" of certain items if for example you want lo mein in a kids meal. But if you order a family platter now suddenly lo mein is available. So weird. I will say the family meal is a good deal. $30 for two sides and three entrees. They did not skimp on the portions thank goodness. Today I'm giving them One star for the food being hot and one star for the entire order being correct. But as far as taking online orders goes they need to get it together.
Went in today 2/5/22. Maybe 6people there... 10 mins waiting for them to finish 1 persons order..... Once they got to me,. Fried rice gone it'll be an hour till they had more,. The black pepper steak had a hard film on it, looked like it was yesterday's leftovers. Broccoli beef was about 3lbs of broccoli and 3 little bits of beef that looked horrid. Egg rolls also liked like yesterday's leftovers, soggy and wierd.3 people behind me also walked out
Ordered for pickup. Food was so so. My shrimp wasn't cooked enough. Coating was undercooked and soggy. No sauces or chili in the bag. Employees were rude. There is no line for pickup and an employee "bouncer" inside the door. Husband waited in a long line to get our food. It was Superbowl Sunday which was why I ordered ahead for pickup. Maybe a designated line and area for pickup? Also employees need customer service training. Won't visit this location again, even though it's the closest. Sad because I waited all week for Panda.
Waited 30 minutes for a pickup, staff refused to start the order. Watched 10 people walk in the building, wait, order & pay before I was even able to confirm with an employee they had the order.They do not care about drivers or any delivery order.This is PATHETIC
