Worst service. Ordered 4 regular med salads with grilled chicken last night, I should’ve checked them right away but they used to be good at getting orders right. Opened them today and there was no chicken in any of the salads. Tried calling this location and the option to speak with someone will just hang up on you. Went to the store since you cannot get ahold of them and manager did not apologize for the inconvenience or missing ingredients. They pulled the chicken from a pre cooked bag from the fridge and gave it to us. This chicken is not even fresh. Won’t be coming back.

The portions were underwhelming for what I paid (reg and small butter noodles) as the regular seemed to have the portion size of what a small used to be and a small was closer to a kids meal if that. Tasted good thou so can't complain Flavor town wise.

Do not waste your time or money at this location! Absolutely the worst food, food prep, and customer service I have experienced in a long time. Because our experience with them tonight, we will no longer give our hard earned money to this franchise.

They need a little more personality here but someone finally asked if I was a rewards member. The dish I ordered was actually warm and tasty with enough sauce. The parmesan chicken wasn't overcooked and was pretty good. So overall this visit compared to all the other visits was the best

Nice man working there during the snowstorm today. Thank you for your kind service. All our food was delicious.

The pasta was hot and quick. Pat at the front was a pleasure to interact with and asked how everything was tasting during my meal. I love Noodles & Co

I leave this review purely because of young lady with blue/purple hair who voiced herself well over the house music to exclaim this (my carry out order) was for me, her most favorite person who comes in at 8:48pm and makes her do work. I'm so sorry missy to do that to you, but I understand your pain sort of, see when I was a chef in downtown Denver there were many days, actually every day that I'd put in well over 10-15 hours in a shift on salary and be stuck shutting down a kitchen I had the pleasure of opening 15 hours prior. It was almost a given that every night there'd be stragglers ordering late and yeah, sometimes we'd let a huge groan out at last minute orders but never did we do it in a setting where the customer could see our disapproval and never did we suffer the food quality as how this person so sloppily put together my only hot meal of the day. We had too much respect for our ingedients and for the customers who without their business we wouldn't have jobs. I like noodles and company but I'll never be back to this location due to the unprofessional attitude of this prissy lady who didnt even have the guts to make eye contact with me as she griped about having to make 1 more dish with 15 min til close. Boo-hoo

I went into today and Pat was our cashier. He was absolutely amazing and the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Also the food was out fast and they were busy during lunch. Thanks Noddles I’ll be back!

Usually, when we order from this location we don’t have any issues with their customer service, however tonight we weren’t so lucky. We placed our order online and waited out front of Noodles and Company until our designated pick up time. When we went to open their door it was locked, so we knocked. There were 2 girls and a guy at the counter, but they refused to look up. we thought maybe they couldn’t hear us We then nocked louder. We received the same response. They were ignoring us. Another gentleman walked up who also had a online order. He knocked- once and then again… blank stares and outright rudeness. Finally, I called the store and spoke to one of the bothered associates who advised that online orders need to be picked up at the side door. I asked her wouldn’t it be easier, not to mention better customer service - in a case like this, to simply walk over to the door where customers are gathering to let them know to use the side door than ignoring the customers altogether?!? Again, no response.

Great food! tastes incredible! however, please offer more dairy free, gluten free options! also, glyphosate is a poison for humans and is in all non organic food. People are waking up to this. So, please offer organic ingredients - at least pasta - and you will attract more customers! there are a lot of us who want this option!
