Honestly just save yourself the time and go get you a good quality consistent burger from in and out, they never let you down and it’s worth the 15 min wait unlike McDonald’s. Waited about 20min in the drive through to receive cold fries, 2 maybe warm cheeseburger that they also forgot the pickles. Sad cause this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. Like seriously what is this? You call this a cheeseburger? Can’t even melt the cheese. Thankfully I own a quality oven and was able to heat up my own food.

I was asked to pull around to park in stall 4 while they cooked my meal. I had my drinks already. That stall was already taken. 15 minutes later I called they did apologize and 10 minutes later they brought out a burnt broken double quarter puonder. The fries were great. I would not recommend pulling around to wait for your order. Just wait in line.
Got served a raw quarter pounder… unfortunately didn’t notice until half way through the sandwich.
Terribly expensive for the inconvenience and cold food. I had to park my car to go inside after receiving cold food in the drive-thru. Once inside, I waited for almost 5 minutes to receive the fresh fries that were promised to me when I initially placed the order. I cannot afford to visit McDonald's again. This is not the first time this has occurred and not the only McDonald's giving poor service and a low quality of food at a high price.
Not a great experience, but not the fault of staff. Understaffed and underpaid workers can only do so much. It took around 20 minutes to get an order in and my food made. Not particularly fast-food buy it was all correct and fresh.Needs more workers on site and probably a pay raise to those there right now.
Tried giving me wrong order, then got correct order…half filled, literally! I pointed it out, “Sorry honey, that’s how it goes”
This McDonald's is pretty nice clean I like how they made my milk strawberry milkshake. I just wish it didn't close so early but you know it's the sign of the times but other than that they had great food cookies they season a hamburgers check them out like their milkshake ?
This location's lobby is AMAZING during the morning rush! I cannot believe how good the customer service is here! Not only did Toni do excellent with the friendly customer service, she was also able to maintain a good work order. Plus as an add bounce, she informed customers on specials too. Never in my life have I seen a McDonald's employee like her. She has such a great smile!
I have encountered a young lady who works here by the name of Sarah (presumably the manager, if not she should be).The girl is a fireball, she REALLY takes care of business!!!!And a pleasure.I WILL be giving them my business!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
The service can be great one day & the next time you go, total opposite experience. Almost always busy. The drive thru was ridic,so I pulled up to the curb side spots, downloaded their app & got my food before the person ahead of me when I was in line for the drive thru
