Food was excellent, service was lacking in customer service, and they got my order wrong. This was my first time there but the food will probably be good enough to allow me to go back again
Out of the 6 items we ordered 2 were messed up. I've eaten at a different MAD Greens location before but I remembered the food being better. This time around I thought it was just mediocre. I don't think I will ever eat at another MAD Greens again.
This is a funky little restaurant off union blvd. I was attempting to get to the arc store and walked past this place and kept walking and finally realized it was too far and headed back to the lightrail station. I stopped because my kid was hungry but decided to have a salad while i fed them. It vibes cool wirh literacy greats with dishes being called the edgar allen poe or mark twain and industrial art theme. The staff however professional had not one clue what i was talking about when i started talking about allen poe died drunk. Honestly if you're gonna name dishes after literacy great the least the staff could do is be somewhat familiar with literary authors and characters. At $14 for a salad and a cup of chicken im not likely to be back
Buyer didn't think about the fact that I am diabetic, and ordered me a bowl instead of a salad. Rice combo was delicious, just couldn't eat it all.
Love this place! Last week the main person working actually knew how to give me points using my #, any time I've been in prior, no one knew how to do it or wanted me to have the app.That really made my night.The other guy who made my salad was awesome and gave my lots of ranch without hesitation.We come here about once a week and never have a bad salad.
The most inconsistent and poor quality of all the MAD Greens I've tried around the Denver area. I've learned not to go for dinner -- only for lunch -- because the ingredients no longer taste fresh and the staff seems to be worse in the evenings.For example, we just went for dinner and I ordered a Spicy Bacon Bowl. It came with 60% lettuce, even though there isn't supposed to be ANY lettuce (supposed to be spinach, and only a small portion). It also came with the Cilantro Chili Lime dressing, when it's supposed to be the Spicy Sriracha Almond Vinaigrette dressing.This isn't the first time we've gone to this location and been disappointed, so I think we're done giving them second chances. Go somewhere else if you can.
Usually have good experience but today one employee with a horrible attitude for no reason. Then proceeded to roll her eyes to me and customer behind me when we asked for missing ingredients in our food.
Pretty legit place for healthy food. It's one of the few places I can go without feeling the guilt of unhealthy greasy food. The grain bowls are my go to and delicious. Iv seen complaints about bad service but mine was good no complaints really from them. I do wish they offered more options for food but other than that I like this place.
I don’t recommend this MAD Greens location. My usual southwestern grain bowl wasn’t pleasant to eat. Something in the grain was hard, kind of like eating sand. The spinach also tasted dirty and the chicken was very low quality darn meat.
Amazing salads & wraps. Good selection & always fresh ingredients.....
