ordered a fairly simple pizza, large thin crust with sausage, bell pepper and onion. was told 8 to 10 minutes. 20 - 25 minutes later I asked about it as 5 people had come and ordered and got their pizzas and left. they hurried to get it out and it was horrible. the sauce was cold, the sausage was cold, the bell pepper was huge chunks, there was hardly any cheese. I do not see myself going to this location again.

This location always closes it's doors 30 minutes before posted closing times. If you're going to habitually close your doors early, change your business hours!
Me and my husband went in to the store , the lady at the counter was not a pleasant person at all, 1. They messed up our order they gave us stuff crust when we spent extra to get the pepperoni stuff crust, then we had to use the bathroom that is located in the front of the store, after I used it I came out she went back and was complaining in a rude tone were we can hear her to the guy working in the back, then he came up to me and said next time don't use the bathroom employees only, which is fine if a sign was up to say that and the crab apple lady wasn't so rude. We loved coming here in the past but this store just hired extremly rude employees that do not know how to be professional.
40 minutes to get the "hot and ready" pizza. Didn't bother to give me a reciept and told me 15 minutes after ordering. Two people who came in and ordered after me got their food first because apparently it takes longer to cook a cheese. Never again
Yo I always be popping by this joint fo that hot & ready peproni. It always be hot and ready. It has cheese and sauce on it too! When I eat it, it taste like a pizza. 2 thumbs up. The staff here is always polite and nice. Great jobby lil Skeezers
Sweet mother of all that is holy, this place cannot get anything together. This is the simplest possible business model of all time: have the three most common items baking all the time on rotation, cheese, pepperoni, sticks, you know, so it's hot and ready. I've never walked in and successfully gotten any food, there's either a line of angry customers waiting, or I get through the line and am told it's gonna be 20 minutes for something they advertise as having there ready at all times. Absolutely terrible. There are children's restaurant mobile games harder than running this business model. Just today I ordered up a cheese hot and ready, no big deal, 10 mins she said, ok fine no problem I'll go to the grocery next door for a second. Get back, she sells the cheese they made for me to a guy that walks in at the same time with my name printed on the box. She asked what was I waiting on, I said the one you just gave away, refund me ASAP. Hysterical really.
Friday - I get it, everyone is ordering fast food, but 40 minutes for 2 orders of stuffed crazy bread?!?!? When I finally got my order I felt like throwing myself a parade down Jewell Ave! Food is good but if you're in a hurry stay clear of this place!!!!!
This store has ALWAYS been a disappointment in the lakewood community. They try but the kids that work there are complete stoners. Uncooked, undercooked, not sliced pizza is the worst here. Learn to cut all the way through so pizza doesn't rip in half.
Its decent pizza but if you go on a friday be ready to wait for a good half hour to get yours pizza. Their always running behind
Good when you pick it up. Never right when they deliver. Ordered light cheese and light sauce, definitely not light on either.
