Great deals on pizza! But management is pretty bad. Waited 35min for a pizza i ordered online after they sent me a notification to pick it upThey say computer was down but was very rude about it. Ordered pizza at 419p and got my pizza finally at 455

I went to Little Caesars on my lunch from one of the jobs that I work at across the street was told it would be a five minute wait turned out to be a 15 minute wait and took a majority of my lunch I asked for a refund never got it I got my pizza and still had maybe 15 minutes left on my lunch to get back to work and try and get in a few bites. I usually love little Caesars as they’re quick and efficient. However this exact location was the exact opposite they were only two associates it seemed like working so whoever is management at this particular location definitely needs to get some thing figured out. As well I was waiting about five or so more people came in to order and we’re not helped while I was waiting for mine because of short staff I assume.

Place seems clean, the employees are pleasant for the most part. However, the pizza is a hit or a miss. Sometimes it's not as fresh as it should be, even when I order a pizza with different toppings that would cause them to have to make it fresh.But either way, it's good enough that I am a regular customer when I'm in that part of town.

Dominic (the manager) is probably the most air headed guy I've ever spoken to. We ordered delivery, half our order didn't come. We called and had to explain the issue 4 times for them to understand we didn't want to place another order... turns out it was sitting there and they didn't give it to the driver yet tried to blame him and ultimately told us to come pick up the other half of our order in person. We said no, we ordered delivery... but they can't drive because they use doordash. Asked for a refund instead and was told we had to drive into the store to get cash refund despite paying with a card. They offered 0 apology, 0 solutions, 0 refunds, and 0 compensation for the awful experience. The above 0's add up to Dominic's IQ and customer service skills.

Our order was completely wrong. Glad it was cheap or I would've brought it back and made it right but now I just wont come here anymore. Glad they aren't rated higher this is a 2 star at best establishment.

Disappointed this Little Caesars just doesn't care @ times. Either pizza is great or burned, overcooked or the bread sticks burned or overcooked.I called in and they were able to make it right after I came back If it's that overcooked, just don't serve it.Trying to give this place chances because when it's good it is good, but me & my kids don't like burned food.

Whoever runs this location should be fired, but only after having to suffer the terrible service that customers receive. After waiting just short of a half hour for the pizza I was told would take ten minutes, I got a refund and went to Domino's. People were coming in to check the "pizza portal" only to find that the pizza they ordered online and were told was ready to pick up, wasn't. The ones that asked about their order were standing around waiting for thirty minutes. The lack of concern the staff showed was astonishing. They acted like they couldn't care less about wasting people's time.

Waited 20 minutes for my order and got a pizza that had clearly been sitting around for half the day and crazy bread that doesn't have any oil or seasoning on it... Just dry breadsticks. That's right, the employees here don't have the critical thinking skills to make bread. This location used to be well run, but around a year ago it went downhill fast. I guarantee there is a new manager or owner. The people here do not care. Don't waste your time.

I called 7 times in a row 3 were answered 2 were hang ups finally able to place order. The first 4 calls the phone rang for a least 2 minutes per phone duration tracker. I arrived less than 10 minutes after placing order and the pizza box was not even luke warm when it normally can not be held in bottom center. Unfortunately this location is slipping.

Did a online order and waited 15 to 20 mins to come and pick it up and when we showed up to pick it up the order wasn’t done. All they said was the order just came through more like people here can’t do there job. Now I’ve been sitting here for over 30 mins waiting for my order because they can’t read it right and cook everything on the Order!!! Worse experience ever at this location!!!! Still waiting for my order to be complete as I write this!! So much for getting it faster when the employees can’t even check the computer to get the order don’t when it is suppose to be!!!
