This store is unable to count chicken. 2 times they shorted us on the buckets we ordered. The second time I called them and they sent us a coupon. We then redeemed part of the coupon and they still shorted us and gave us all thighs and drumsticks. Do not ever go here. The staff cannot count and are rude. This is a regular practice for them to short the bucket and give you wrong orders.
Always a problem here. This time I couldn’t order a bacon double cheeseburger because they were out of buns or patty’s or whatever…. Then I tried to order some corn dog nuggets… you know like it shows on the menu board?… well they’ve been discontinued… then they have me pull around front to wait while they deep fry my apple pies but it doesn’t matter what I order in this drive through…. They always have me pull around front to wait.And the pic is what I waited 5 minutes for!I can’t believe a manager would let food like this go out…. That corn dog looks like a cauterized severed finger.Yeah that chili cheese dog really looks appetizing doesn’t itI wish there was an option for zero stars

The customer service here is EXCELLENT. Anytime there’s been a mishap (didn’t get an item, got the wrong item etc…) they ALWAYS go above and beyond to make it right. More specifically Dre is very very very good at his job and has truly made my families experience here the best of any place we’ve ever gone. You’d be missing out if you don’t go here! And if anything happens, make a point of trying to talk to Dre because he will always take care of you.
Horrible customer service. Shift supervisor 2/27/22 @ 3PM intractable. They didn't have enough chicken to fill the order. The manager came out with my order 24 min later after they said it would take 16 min. The manager said that he said not to anything but said I got $2.00 off and I should be satisfied with it. I hope they didn't minimize the quality. They were also rude and talked over you. No I'm sorry.
Trash. Doesn't matter what time of day you go. I know it's fast food, sometimes you just some popcorn chicken and cheese curds to go it's easy and quick. Hahah not here. You can get your food faster from Moe's then this place and it's betr quality for just a few bucks more.
Two owner: I'd like to talk to you about how poor quality in service your restaurant provides. I've been trying to reach out to you but no one will ever give me your information or a call and there's no answer
The people actually seem happy to be here. Service is always good and the food is solid.
This is now the 3rd time that this location has messed up our order. Can’t follow basic instructions and very rude when confronted about it. Avoid this location at all costs!
