KFC

The Chicken sandwich and fries are amazing, the only reason I can't give 5 stars is the day I went the bathroom was out of order so the lobby didn't smell good. Will go back and adjust my review accordingly some day

So I went though the drive thru and was asked to pull around into the lot and my food would be out shortly. I waited 20 minutes before I had to walk in and ask for my food I was given attitude because I asked. Also as I was walking in I noticed the lobby needed attention very dirty also very dirty behind counter. The workers were just standing around and didn’t care to do anything but collect a check.

Worse KFC ever, unhealthy and unsanitary kitchen aswell. A bunch of childern working that keep there gloves on after touching cash and personal items. Waited 20 minutes to head to the location after I placed my online order to only be told when I got there they hadent started it. It took them 45 minutes. They still messed it up after all that time. No biscuits or gravy. HORRIBLE LOCATION!

It's amazing (to me) how different locations of the same franchise restaurants in the same city can be so different in quality. This location of KFC is "okay", but things like excess ice in drinks, watered down soda, indifferent service add up. Are we doomed post-Covid to accept cold expensive chicken pieces (about $2.50/each) and overpriced ($3) and over iced soda as the norm? I hope things get better.

Waited for 20 minutes stuck in the drive through to be told to go astound and wait. Waited 15 more minutes, went back to the drive through to see what was wrong and they said "idk what happened" . The girl in the drive through gave us a strawberry shake to make the 40 min wait better. So 3 stars for that! For what is worth the food was good.

Was not given all my food and when brought it up to the manger was accused of changing my food around. When I told her that wasn't even the problem, she kept calling me sweetie, and really argued with me about it My son's chicken was old and dried out, his mac and cheese was dry and actually crusty, she refused to give me my money back. All 3 of our meals were missing items. She was an adplorable human being. I was appalled by her accusations of me and the way she acted in front of my children. I wiil never visit a kfc again and never recommend going here! I couldn't believe it. I will be taking this up with headquarters. I'm still 3 days later just in awe of the situation. 1

KFC is KFC - don't expect the quality of Chick-fil-A or Cane's, but I've always really liked it. The one thing they normally forget is the cookie that comes with the KFC Famous Bowl meal - make sure you check that you have it before driving away.

Absolutely the worst restaurant!! I asked to order the new fish on the menu and was told it would take 8 to 9 minutes and as I turned to explain to my 91 year-old Mother (whose hard of hearing) the person on the intercom told me not to hollar at her. My Mother ordered chicken nuggets that were so dry and hard she literally could not eat them. Really not interested in an apology (probably won't get one) because we will never be back.

Have been here multiple times this past week and everyone has always been so nice and helpful even though they're undersraffed. Amazing people and/or workers! I would suggest hiring more people at this location as they were def struggling with all the orders but awesome people overall!!

Went thru the drive thru and I have never had such a rude person take my order Saraij is the name on the receipt not sure if it actually her but so rude almost dropped the bag not making sure we had the bag secured in our hands
