Worst place to go. They got my order wrong, they forgot food in my bag and I had to ask for a drink carrier three times. And then they were completely ignoring the people behind me. Hire someone who can hire some people, and train them right. Take some pride in your job or get out.

I ordered 3 piece tender, extra crispycombo meal, easy enough. The order was not extra crispy as ordered plus the meat was extremely dry and stringy. I suspect reheat from night before. The fries were fresh and delicious! Huge disappointment in this location. The staff was pleasant and professional.
This place is awful. The only thing they do consistently is mess up orders. Their hours online and at the door say they're open until midnight but they just close whenever they want. Awful experience every time. Go literally anywhere else.
I handed the guy at the window a $10 in cash and said put the rest on the card. Instead of doing that he pocketed my money and charged me the whole price and stole my money. I will never go here again
Stopped by tonight to get a 12 piece original meal to bring home because of a busy evening coming up. The chicken looked like it had set under heat lamps all day. Was very dry and not good at all! Very dissatisfied :-(
Close this location. Terrible food and service. They put the KFC name to shame.
I always get the family tender bucket. It's always made fresh. And is delicious. The staff is great.
I would not recommend this fast food location. Minimum reading is a 1 star, I'd give them zero stars if I could. Dining room is closed. Drive through sign is broken. And the "food" is terrible. Overpriced. The chicken was so overcooked it was like shoe leather.Got the 8-piece "meal" ($27.00+). Potatoes and cole slaw as sides, 4 biscuits. Potatoes are definitely reconstituted, taste more like a poor quality instant mashed potatoes from 40 years ago.Between the dried out chicken and poor quality sides, this was definitely not worth the $27.00 +.
This place continues to go downhill. No one answers phone. Always delays and confusion when ordering and it doesn’t matter if it’s the drive through or in the dining area. The Inside areas are not well kept and the kitchen floor always looks nasty.
Order was wrong, chicken tasted so off to the point I couldn't eat it. I wasn't bloody but smelled and tastes like flour. Then half my mashed potatoes were still in powder form. I don't usually write reviews but im so angry I get no dinner tonight. Terrible!!
