The staff worked their butts off while we were there. Two Karen's and they handled both with efficiency and grace. Food was tasty.

Asked for 6 wings. They refused. They ended up charging us for 12 pieces and they told use they only had 4 wings. And then only gave us 3. Everything was crispy although we order original. No receipt. The signs says - no receipt we don't pay They laughed. My friend loves KFC and we moved last week close to this one - we won't be back.
With so little people coming to the restaurant you would think they would actually take your order inside but they don't. They leave 2 people running the entire place, so you wait way too long for a fast food restaurant
Good employees and I order online so the chicken is fresh it's not on the cart when I walk in to pick it up because of the employee shortage yet they work fast to put it together. My thanks to all of the employees at this store for juggling so much and still managing to be friendly and pleasant
I had the Chicken sandwich spicy it didn't have as much spicy sauce like the one I had at the Colorado Blvd KFC. So it made the sandwich dry.
I had to wait 20 minutes for my order out in front of the store. 5 employees apparently were on break, they all went in at once,then I finally got my order.
Went into the store as my vehicle can't go through drive through. Was told I couldn't order inside just do drive through or pick-up. He was standing right there and wouldn't take an order which seems silly.
This place had closed down their in door seating and you can't even order inside any more. The only thing open is the drive through. Don't bother with this place.
Had the worst cheese burger and fries ever asked for two chicken thighs got a leg and a thigh then we had to wait in the parking lot for ten minutes food is not the same as it was not happy
Couldn't go in so went through the drive through. Food was good and we got all we ordered.
