I had heard good things about this place so I was excited to try it. But I was bummed out when I ordered it for delivery. They got ALL 3 of our order items wrong. We ordered an original Philly and ended up getting a Philly with the works.. I also ordered a calzone and they gave me a pizza. Then we ordered garlic knots and we didn't get those at all. I mean the pizza was decent and my boyfriend said the Philly was okay but nothing special. Wish I would've ordered somewhere else. :(
What happened? I've never been a huge fan of the pizza (it was ok) but the calzones used to be great. Tonight one was cool in spots on the inside and the other was hot but burned on the bottom. Another place crossed off the list.
We ordered pizza last Friday and have been calling and emailing Johnny's Pizza about our order since the pizza we received as it was inedible. It was pizza that was inside out. The pepperoni was under the cheese and the pizza was not cut. The cheese was so hard that we could not only cut into it or eat it! We had company who was suppose to be enjoying the pizza with us and we had to run to Kings to get some frozen pizzas. We are very disappointed in these pizzas. We have been customers of Johnnys for 15 years and this is so unusual. I would love to hear from them to understand what happened. These pizzas are very expensive so I would like to understand what's going on.
I had originally ordered through grubhub. The experience was not good after waiting for nearly 2 hours to find out they lost my food. When I contacted Johnnys I was met with the most kind and caring experience. They kindly remade my order and was more then courteous when I picked it up making sure that I was leaving a happy customer despite the ordeal with grub hub. This response has made me into a return customer….. and to top it all off the food was hot, fresh and amazing. Most have garlic knots!
It’s VERY hard to mess up Pizza,This place use to be really good, we use to go all the time but haven’t been for a while because we moved. My husband and I went today and OMG they changed completely, there was No sauce barley any cheese but was really greasy, hardly any flavor. I would rather pay more for better quality food but they also raised prices and the food got bad.
A bit of a wait. But busy and great, kind, loving service. Keep up the good work!
The service is friendly, professional and attentive without being intrusive. The menu had a wonderfully focused approach but with a variety of choice for almost any palate. The dishes arrived at the table warm to hot. This seemed to display a concern for timing the service.
Poor quality. I do not recommend pick up or delivery. Greasy overpriced cardboard which is a shame.
I would give the a 0 star but sadly google does not let me do that, costumer service from your girl up front was awful, very rude and impolite because we came in 40 minutes before the store was closed… we even asked her if it was too late to be seated to be polite and she insisted it was okay, but continued to be rude after saying yes even slamming our drinks on the table after giving us our total to pay. Poor attitude and continued to be rude and talk while we were waiting for our food… I was an assistant manager for Jimmy Johns when I was 18… costumer service is one of the most important things when it comes to making a successful business and this isn’t the first time I’ve been treated poorly at your pizza shop. Looks like y’all need some work in getting consistent well trained employees✅. Won’t be eating here again :)
One of my favorite pizza joints! I used to go here often in high school across the street. Yesterday I placed a large pizza order and still great pizza all these years later. Online ordering was very easy.
