Not sure why this store gets low ratings. However, it is MY favorite sub shop in the area. Sandwich is always delicious and THE SAME recipe everytime. Nothing tastes different or off. I noticed lately that’s how it’s been for others. Friendly staff!! I encourage everyone to give it another shot if you had a bad experience. Keep up the good work!

I thought they did subs? I might just be ignorant, but their regular sized sandwich/sub is just made with 2 normal slices of wheat bread? I should have just asked, but I was out with friends and we weren't paying too much attention when they handed us our food and realized in the car.
Tried calling several stores and had little to no help at all and no one wants to take accountability because apparently no store has this driver on their team. Corporate number keeps going to voice-mail and JJ website won't accept my email for feedback. So I'm leaving reviews on every possible JJ location because we need to do better. On 04/26/22 around 7:00pm we had a reckless driver from JJ in a red Subaru license plate BCE-205 not stop at a stop sign and flew in front of us and considering how fast they were going I am afraid to think they were going over our 25mph speed limit in the neighborhood but I can't confirm that. I took a picture as well so I could get the info and plate fast. If they were not from this location I apologize for wasting time but when leaving simple feedback is this hard it's a problem too.
Worst Jimmy John's I have ever been too! Little blond haired kid making the sandwich was scratching his hair right over the food line! The other workers laughed when I said something. I walked out. Add this location to the list of "Don't go here!" Terrible.
I thought it was a one time deal the last time this occurred. Now months later, we just canceled our order after waiting over 90 minutes. The employee said he *could* remake the sandwiches if we wanted. I absolutely believe they planned to send those sandwiches that had been waiting for delivery.
I will never get a sandwich from this place again. I just ordered a turkey Tom with the mustard and cheese and came home and found that it did not have either of those two on there. Not to mention my sandwich is pretty much all bread and nothing else. Same with my daughter's sandwich. Also, why does it always seem so difficult to order there?? Never again. Always disappointed.
I was less than thrilled with this Jimmy Johns location. I’m not sure if this is a trend, but it seems like every time I order a sandwich from any Jimmy John’s location they mess up my order some how. I was in the store for 15 minutes waiting for my food which was a pick up order. I paid extra to have cheese put on my sandwich, only for them to leave it off the sandwich. I would think that if it took them that long to make two sandwiches that they could at least manage to read the order instructions properly especially when you are paying for something extra. It’s discouraging that the company is going downhill, I hope they can make a change for the better. One of the gentleman working seemed to be doing a fantastic job and I appreciate how kind he was.
Run by teenagers who dont pay attention, constantly wrong orders, or sloppy. The teenage boys who work there stand in the back without their masks, cross contaminating everything. Saw them playing with the mop today with their gloves on and proceeded to go make sandwiches without switching gloves, and again, no mask in site except for the girls, who coincidentally seem to be doing all the work. Go to potbelly or firehouse instead, they adhere to food safety protocols and covid mandates
