Not very impressed. First time here as my office is near by and I dont typically go to Jimmy Johns. Clearly asked for a giant sub and received a regular sub. I won't be back for lunches in the future

the workers are racist, they should treat everyone the same, we had an experience today at 3:30 when buying in the store, because of the racism of the three workers who were there
I love this restaurant and I always order here and they are really fast but their delivery driver is older and he always forgets my chips and makes me mad, I always tip him and act like it’s fine. Because I feel bad that he’s older
i work less than 2 miles away and my food has been out for delivery for almost 40 minutes
Love love love Jimmy johns but this location (which I have ordered from over ten times) consistently has hard bread. The meat is always yummy but Jimmy Johns is known for their fresh bread and I just haven’t gotten it here. It’s a bummer that this is our home location bc JJ is truly my favorite sub spot.
Tried to use my rewards app here. The guy got no information from me. Lied to me and said I got my points. Pretty sure he was the owner.. Will be complaining to corporate after that.
I was only in this Jimmy John's one minute. In that minute I was completely ignored by the four employees I could see.Based on the crass signs on the door and near the register, this is a painfully unprofessional, poor run store.Went across the way to Chick-fil-A where I received the opposite treatment.
The resturaunt is 2 miles away from me and they still refuse to deliver, claiming I'm too far away. First you sell way overpriced subs and not you're too lazy to deliver 2 miles away? Screw you Jimmy John's.
