Gave me flat whole wheat bread when i ordered a sub, also no mustard packets included. Miraculously, the got the toppings right, but not the bread type

This was the most frustrating sandwich ordering experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. I used the mobile app to order a BLT sandwich with avocado spread. When I got the sandwich the avocado spread was in a separate side container. I didn’t understand why so I was looking for a plastic knife to spread it on there myself. The store doesn’t have any plastic silverware! So I asked them to unwrap the sandwich and put the avocado in there for me but they refused! The teenage person behind the counter was like a robot and kept repeating that I didn’t order it correctly. I asked if this is how their customer service works when their customer doesn’t get what they want they just blatantly refuse to honor the customers wishes? The answer was yes. The teenager was clearly following a script or protocol- but failed to use common sense, empathy or basic human decency.
Somehow my internet order didn't go through. After an hour of waiting I checked my card balance and noticed I wasn't charged for a sandwich. I was SO hungry. I am 7 months pregnant and hypoglycemic. I dreamt about eating a sub sandwich the night before, woke up chewing on the blanket ha! So I craved this specific meal like you would not believe. I ordered from Jimmy John's. After I saw my order hadn't been placed I kind of panicked. I was inordinately desperate for this sandwich. I called a half hour before they closed and Chesterfield saved my night. Literally, if you see this review: THANK you. I didn't want to freak you out on the phone but I was so relieved I was getting the sandwich that I sorta sobbed after the call from pure relief. Pregnancy hormones are no joke, guys. Anyways. Sandwich gets here right on time. I got a veggie with a bunch of customizations and the sandwich was PERFECT. Bread was soft, veggies were fresh, sauce was dripping off of everything because I ordered extra sauce...I am telling you, I had a spiritual experience tonight. Best sandwich ever. Better than I had hoped. Better than I had dreamed! Literally!
If i could do no stars i would. Driver hit my car door while i was parked buckling my 1 YEAR OLD son in carseat and acted as if nothing was wrong!!!! Called store and all they will do to driver is talk to her! Apperantly they cant do anything to consequence or give employe name for corporate!! Does my son have to be dead for this too be a deal?

Usually it's ok food, but today got one day old french break and about broke my tooth trying to bite into the sub. Had to throw the sub into the garbage where it belongs. Will not be going back to this location
I got a tuna sandwich on lettuce today and got extremely sick a couple hours later. I think I got sick from the tuna.

35 minute wait for delivery to get a tuna sandwich with no tuna and extra stuff I didn’t ask for. What a joke.
If you get a chance please go visit Chester, he is a legend. I called today at 9:30 in a panic because Firehouse ditched my order and couldnt complete it. Chester stepped up to the plate and cranked out an order for me in under and hour. He then told me that he fit in another customer in 30 minutes. Chester is a very hard working man the world needs more people like Chester, he was happy to help in my crunch and thanks Chester for stepping up to the plate.
