Overall, pretty disappointing. I order two #12s with mustard instead of mayo and a bag of chips. The only thing good was the bag of chips. The sandwiches were made without any sauce, so terribly dry. One of the cucumbers in the first sandwich tasted like it had been soaked in cleaning chemicals. And the guy at the register mumbled and walked away while asking me to sign the receipt, so I didn’t understand what he was asking until he repeated himself.

The sandwiches are generally made correctly which I suppose is the important part. "Freaky Fast" delivery isn't really a thing at this location. And DO NOT order sides. They will not show up. In a year, I haven't had a single delivery show up with any side I add. And every time my account "has been credited for the missing items" I call for my next order and there is never any credit added. As a former Jimmy John's employee, I'm aware the expectations for this franchise are much higher than the performance at this location. I would advise trying to get delivery elsewhere and just stick to pick up orders here.

I ordered from the app yesterday and there was a hair inside of my sandwich , disgusting! Edited to add- they also did not update my order as “ready to be delivered” until around 20 mins after I had already picked it up. I waited about 10 min after ordering and it still just showed as my order was sent to the store and being prepared, I walked in and it was ready but not updated on the app. It would be nice if they would actually update as you go.

It's freaky that Jimmy John's uses Freaky Fast delivery as their slogan. My experience there freaked me out and frustrated me.I placed a catering order for a large group two days before the event and was promised delivery to my location within 5 miles from the store. I received a call the day of my order that it would not be possible to received delivery at the location (I agreed to pick up the order at the store). I come to the store to pick up my order at the promised time and my order is not ready. I waited close to an hour to have my catering order ready to take with me. The walk in lunch customers were prioritized over the catering order placed days in advance. I felt disrespected and unappreciated as a customer when my $1000 catering order was not prioritized and ready at the promised time. Furthermore, I received a dismissive attitude from the manager on duty (Saturday afternoon 4/9/2022) when I expressed my displeasure with my experience. It is bad enough to have the delivery cancelled and even worse to receive a dismissive attitude from the store given the inconvenience they caused.Needless to say, I will no longer be using your brand for any catered lunches I have going forward as my experience sucked.

The cashier was not rude, but obviously wasn't happy to be there.We ordered two number 9's, one normal and one with no onions & add jimmy peppers (which costs extra), as well as a side of kickin ranch (also costs extra). The second sandwich came with a single jimmy pepper, neither hardly had any mayo on them, and the kickin ranch we received was incredibly watered down. Lesser quality than what I'm used to for a Jimmy John's.

Ordered a #9 with extra lettuce and cut in half. Bottom bread was soaked soggy with unknown liquid substance, and it smelled bad like something you would never want to eat. Adding insult to injury, it had minimum lettuce and was not cut in half. My lunch went in the garbage together with my opinion of Jimmy Johns at this location. And I was left hungry and without lunch, less $9...

Ordered lunch before leaving for the airport. Order confirmed. Nothing. No lunch. Usually 5star service but this time nothing. Now I have no lunch and have to dispute the charge.Update--3/7/22 I was told it was the GM's day off and I could not get my money back until the GM is back at work. I have now spent more time trying to get my money back than it took me to order the sandwiches. Still no lunch and they still have my money.Update--3/8/22 Heard from Tyson and the store manager. Store manager is working on refunding my money and Tyson apologized and looked into what happened. Turned a one star experience into a four star experience.

Order was taking a bit longer than usual so I decided to call the store. When i called, a young kid answered and I asked what was going on. He replied with," oh sorry the roads are icy so we're a little behind." I responded with," not a problem drive safe." I noticed how the kid didn't care to even ask for my address to see where the food was or if it was coming at all. Long story short, I didn't receive my dinner tonight and was charged for it too...

The tuna tasted really funky, and the celery and onion in it were wilted and discolored. When I called back about it, Jessica told me that she personally made it that morning, but that was obviously a lie. There is no way it would look and taste like that if it was just made that morning, especially since I ordered right when they opened.

Thank you guys for making sure my family got their sandwiches tonight! I have Covid & this was the first real meal I've eaten in a week. Thank you
