It’s either hit or miss here, today when I came by they hardly put any salami or pepperoni on my Italian sandwich idk if it was because they were rubbing behind on online orders but I was pretty disappointed I expected more from Jersey mikes I guess next time I’ll drive another 10 minutes for better define and food

Ordered for pickup and my sandwich wasn't made when I got there and it took them an hour from it was supposed to be ready for pick up. Was trying to save time but wasted time instead. Disappointing.
I will say the food is good but service is not there. I have been there 2 times and both times it has taken over 15 minutes to get my order. What a waste of time.
If the girls weren’t rushing 40 minutes before closing time for no reason maybe my families sandwich wouldn’t be completely WRONG. It’s so frustrating.
Absolutely the worst experience Ive had in a long time from any restaurant. The server did NOT listen to the entire order and then when asked to cut a sandwich in 4s was told he couldn't handed me a knife and said cut it yourself. After rudely charging me wrong for the sandwiches the manager(nice lady) discounted 2 of the sandwiches but after getting home the order I had "to go" was the absolute wrong sandwich which means 1 out of the 4 of us did not get to eat. I'm highly disappointed in the whole experience and if I ever eat at Jerseys again it definitely will NOT be this location.
Subs are good. The subs are usually good and are enough to fill you up if you are really hungry. Sometimes the wait for your food could be long but otherwise it's fine.
I ordered Jersey Mike's through door dash. I ordered a Italian sub and a Philly Cheese steak sub. The size of the sandwiches were small compared to the advertised size. The quantity of the ingredients were very minimal. The Italian sub was not very tasty. I have not eaten at this location. I assume they purposely cut corners because they are sending the orders out for delivery. If you received your order at the store, a person would return it to the counter. Not a very good value for the money. Times are tough they should not take advantage of the consumer. I will not order there again, a lot of other options.
Paid 50 bucks for 2 subs...got one sub an hour later and cold. Attempted to call store 5 times to receive busy signal. Maybe try robbing people face to face since you basically are robbing me blind. Horrible customer service, horrible cooks...just plain terrible. I hope you get shut down. I want my money back!!!!!
