Food is great as expected, and Derek is the best server ever. He was hilarious and tolerant with the 10 of us that came in at 930pm. Even gave us a minion menu. Best dinner ever.

this IHOP was honestly the best considering that our best hosts, Derrick and Shannon, made it a good time! Shoutout to all the ihop staff for making the food at 3am because honestly i wouldn't. GOOD FOOD !!

Mediocre I-Hop. Food was okay, but the hash browns were a bit dark, the pancakes overcooked, the eggs were cooked okay but had lots of brown from griddle. The T-bone and country fried steaks were done as requested and quite tasty. They weren't all that busy yet service was slow, short staffed maybe, but seemed to be plenty of staff. Waitress forgot to bring A1 sauce. Handicap parking and accessible entrance, restrooms were clean and well stocked.

Stopped at IHOP on the way home from a concert! What a great experience! Every server was happy and in great moods and our servers, Dennis and Marissa took stellar care of us! We need to come out to eat at midnight more often. Day shift can take some pointers from the night shift at this location! Oh, and food was great too!

I've been coming to this IHOP for years off and on. Almost every time I come into this place there's always a problem with something. You can immediately tell something is up when you walk in the door. Tonight there was no soda available. My sandwich was completely cold (not sure if thats how its supposed to come) and my wifes breakfast was decent. My BBQ brisket mac and cheese sandwich was also supposed to have BBQ on the sandwich AND on the side and it had neither.The thing I was particularly taken back on was the fact our waitress Kat seemed to have an attitude towards other waitress Ruby for not upcharging her table for bacon. This conversation should've been handled in private and not in front of customers. Now I have the impression that Kat is two faced - respectful to customers but rude to other employees (it could've been an honest mistake by Ruby). I will admit the price for the food items here is not worth coming for the experience and the quality of food. I know for a fact this business is ran much better on weekends because the head huancho is walking around the dining area and there is a higher standard and expectation because of the high traffic.This restaurant can fix their two issues really easy by holding a higher standard for employees (private conversations, quality and correctness of food).Looking forward to possibly editing this review next time I come in..if I even have the incentive to.Best,Lakewood reviewer

We come here very often in the middle of the night and every visit tops the last, every time Dennis and Derick take care of us we have an amazing/fun time. Their the reason we keep coming back weeklyyyyy. Amazingggg

Huge shout out to Dennis and Derrick for always making it an amazing time here at IHOP, there is such great positive energy every time my friends and I come in. Food is amazing always fresh and warm.

Went in to get a milkshakes and catch-up with friends. Time was about 8:30pm on a Thursday night. The server was friendly and so was management. The 1 start review is sticky for poor business management decisions. Very few people in the restaurant. We were told they were "out of ice cream". I inquired a little bit more and I was told that they have some but were a little low and so decided to not offer it to customers in the restaurant and only to online orders since those are prepaid. As a customer this translates to me that in house customers are less important than the possible online order because I didn't pre-order and prepay. Lesson for management- a bird in hand is worth 2 in the bush.The restaurant was not busy. I will not be returning (why should I). I will not order online from this location (that would only perpetuate the issue for other in house guests).Hopefully management receives this feedback so they can relearn business fundamentals. Best of luck!
