First, the call center is a nightmare. It took longer to place our order than we've ever experienced. We told our order taker the order, he repeated it. We told him we wanted to tip our delivery driver in cash. The order was dropped on our doorstep, no ring or knock, so the driver did not get a tip. When we found the order, it was not even close to what we ordered. We called the call center and were hung up on. We called the store and were told to call the call center. No garlic knots and no red sauce on the pizza. However, the two salads we ordered were good. We won't be back and we'll spread the word.
We ordered a veggie for delivery and got a cheese. But we were still thankful to have something to eat when so Many people are without food so we still appreciated it. I would give the cheese pizza a three out of five.
Terrible! You call them now and they dont tell you that they are sending you to Door Dash! They refused to supply a detailed reciept! Went to the store and the owner Rama called Door Dash for a FULL REFUND DOOR DASH LIED they did not give a full refund. Lied on the phone and that's against the law. I will be contacting my bank! Beware! No one tells you they use door dash to deliver!
I ordered deliver and when the extra large pizza arrived it was uncut. I have never had this happen ordering a pizza ever. I called the store to let them know and the person that answered mockingly told people in the background to cut every pizza while kind of laughing. From ordering pizza for years I have never received a uncut pizza. Being busy isn't an excuse IMO.
I ordered a pizza and other items for pickup, they didn’t make it correctly. I was already home so I requested they deliver the correct pizza. The declined and would only give us a partial replacement. I had to drive back to pick it up. This is not the first time this location has made a mistake.
New calling service is extremely sketchy. Apparently they’ve hired a 3rd party to place orders through and wanted credit card information over the phone. When we hung up they called back the phone labeled it as a “Spam Risk”. After calling again, it took us 10 minutes to get them to transfer us over to the actual store, and to our surprise this is actually real…they really hired a sketchy 3rd party answering service to take orders. TBH, they need to end this new phone service system. The pizza is great but this new setup just isn’t it. Would recommend ordering elsewhere, especially if you aren’t comfortable giving credit card info on the phone
Let me start by saying, the first time I tried garlic knot, I loved the flavors and was hooked. That being said, I have not had a pleasant experience since then. I thought a move from Englewood to Lakewood would give me better results, but I am sadly disappointed. When i first called to place my order, a third party picked up and said they did all ordering for this location and told us they couldn't take cash. -_-Ok, a pizza place that doesn't take cash. Maybe a product of the epidemic. But then this 3rd party lady wouldn't connect us to the store. Called another store and the employee there also said it was very odd 0_oFast-forward to when we ordered our food. Ordered through door dash. Received food. For some reason all my toppings for my calzone was in a neat line down the middle, and nowhere else. ???I just want the good garlic knot. Please be better next time.
First time eating here, the pizza, wings and garlic knots were really good!!The staff was nice and welcoming.10/10 Bravo!!
Spent $40 here, $7 of which was on an over priced stuffed slice. I’ve eaten Garlic Knot for almost a decade now. Never seen something as pitiful as this slice. It’s more of a quesadilla than a stuffed slice. I don’t see myself coming back here, when I’ve been to other franchises with better results.
This place should not be named after their garlic knots. The worst garlic knots I've had in my life. They tasted like soggy cardboard. And they look like crescents from a tube.I'm pretty sure the pizza was a frozen pizza they heated up in their kitchen. At least, that's the way it looked and tasted. The menu in store says the lunch specials are all day every day. They are not. The menu in store says they normally serve pizza by the slice. They do not.
