Great Burgers. Who can resist Cajun fries! All served quickly by very friendly staff. Highly recommend

Finally tried this place for the first time and definitely not impressed. Way too expensive. 11 or 12 dollars for a bacon cheeseburger and got home to discover they didn't even put any bacon on it. Also, why wrap the burger in aluminum foil? Took me about 30 mins to drive home and when I unwrapped it parts of the bun were already so wet and soggy it was ridiculous.

Got charged 35 dollars for two hamburgers after a 12 work day to get home to see my reciept. They upcharged us for double patties. 35 dollars for two hamburgers and an order of fries. I should have been paying attention but it's not my job to work their register. I'll be back tomorrow for my refund.
Decent food as always and the staff is always friendly. The food comes out in a timely manner and they always give you plenty of fries.
The cook Touched his phone, with his gloves, then touched are burgers.They were rude, and everything thing was very dirty. No hats or hair nets.Please go to another location. I fee gross after going there And I never feel like that. So that says something.
Their food has always been great, but their price is now out of control. I can eat at a sit down restaurant for the same price as it costs at 5 guys... I'll miss your fries and freshly grilled burgers, but I just have to move on...
I placed an order online and was told it would be ready 8 minutes after ordering, so I knew that probably meant it would take longer than that. I completed the text prompts that ask you to let Five Guys know when you are on your way and when you have arrived. I went into the store before the 8 minutes was up and was acknowledged by several employees by name, and I believed that my fries were made at that time. I was given my shake soon thereafter. Then I proceeded to wait about 20 minutes, during which time I saw multiple customers receive their orders. When I went up to the pick-up counter a different employee than before asked for my name. I told her, she saw the bag that had my burgers in it (I have NO idea how long those had been sitting there) and then proceeded to make my one order of fries, and tried to give me ANOTHER shake. I am upset by this experience because I was in the restaurant the entire time that I thought my order was being made just to find out it actually wasn't being made. I only ordered a few items.
Omg the best burger I have had in a very long time!! Not too greasy but just greasy enough! Everything fresh and delicious!!!! Gotta try!!!
