Whit is awesome. He freaking remembers people's names and even what they order. Just outstanding.
It was a perfectly toasted bagel, but right about half way in I noticed I was chewing on plastic. Glad I didn’t swallow it. ?
Whenever we come to Denver we go to this location. They always have everything I want including the elusive chocolate chip coffee cakes :) you guys are awesome!!!!
We usually pick up breakfast once a week. The app is easy to use, and staff are friendly.
First time using the app to order ahead picking up breakfast on the way to the mountain. Couldn’t wait for my blueberry bagel with peanut butter as I have a DAIRY allergy. So disappointed after I had taken my medication as a diabetic to find my bagel covered in BUTTER and thus I have no breakfast I can eat. Extremely disappointed. My order clearly stated peanut butter.
Ordered the bacon, cheddar brunch special plus and orange juice via DoorDash. The orange juice was missing, the sandwich wasn't even warm and napkins were missing. The only good thing was the muffin.
Tried to edit my order on Door dash, but they refuse online edits. I called in to make sure my allergy needs were met, the phone ringer has been turned off basically. Took many tries to reach and employee with only 2 rings at a time. Specified to an employee the order and they still got it wrong. Direct edits should be enabled online to provide accurate tickets to the kitchen. Weak service standards despite the pandemic climate. If there aren't enough employees the customer should have better access to menu options. No add ons. No remove option. This is managments responsibility to remedy.
I called to find out why they make my food different everytime. I asked for the manager and the guy wanted to know why. What is was for. Why a manager. Finally he was willing to put her on the phone. He started telling her why I was calling. Ashley told him to hang up she didn't want to deal with it. I called back and Ashley didn't care. She kept laughing saying it wasn't a big deal. Yes it is. You keep messing my food up. And I'm supporting a moran. Not anymore. I have reversed my last 3 orders with Visa. I wont support someone who doesn't care. This manager deserves to be fired. I wont send anyone here any longer. I manage hotels I. The area. Never again will I send so.eone here. We will throw all menus to this place away.Ashley you are rude and disrespectful. I don't bel3ive that was professional of you. And again you didn't care.
Good breakfast sandwiches…when they get your order right. 1st timers, was rushed to put an order in. I ordered Turkey sausage, white egg, Swiss cheese on regular bagel. Hubby ordered bacon, cheddar cheese, on regular bagel. Fast getting orders out, but either didn’t read our order or switched our order with the guy ahead of us. They called their order & ours at the same time, but we got 2 turkey sausages, both with cheddar cheese, & 1 bagel was NOT a plain bagel. Went back up & they wouldn’t even look at our receipt to see what they did wrong. Instantly irritated with me & almost screwed the order up again. Tall dark haired gal, VERY RUDE & snippy. Yes, they were busy, but accuracy is more important than speed. It would have saved every1 time, $, & irritation. We won’t go back here.
I go to this location a few times a month and every time I am in there it seems like Emily provides the best customer service. Keep it up Emily, and thanks for always being so nice.
