This restaurant is completely unaccommodating to indoor dining guests. They don’t even have any tables in their large indoor dining area. I don’t understand this choice. It feels that they are spitting in the face of their guests who simply want to sit down to eat their food. It’s uncompetitive and anti-consumer. In addition to this the service performance is unreasonably slow. Einstein bagels should be ashamed of this performance. How embarrassing for them.
Be prepared to hear "anything else" before you're done ordering every item.-I'd like a Texas Brisket breakfast bagel sandwich please- anything else- yesI'd like it with two eggs- anything else-yesI'd like it on a cheddar jalapeno bagel-Anything else?I tried talking to them about this and it's still their thing. It's rude and still does not make things go faster
Einsteins is always amazing and I loved trying their salmon bagel! Great cream cheese, great toppings, I can't speak any higher about them!
Never has before. Will go back. Bagels were perfect as well as the ingredients for the sandwiches on them.
Good food but they try to force a tip in a drive through because apparently they don't pay their employees enough. And they don't let you customize their bagels if you order online so if you have allergies you're screwed.
Great customer service up front by Catherine! The bagels looked amazing and tasted great. Staff all seemed in a cheerful mood. I also recieved my order super fast

As an employee here for the past 4 years I'd like to address some current issues because of the pandemic that may not be listed on google. As of 2022 all Einstein's will NO LONGER have any indoor seating. We recognize this is a huge inconvenience especially as some states begin to lower their mask and indoor seating mandates, and have lost a large portion of our customers because of this. Please do not take this CORPORATE DECISION out on the employees. We are doing our best to serve all our customers with kindness, understanding, and respect but no amount of protest will change this CORPORATE DECISION. I will also note that many of us do not agree with this decision especially during the colder months when outdoor seating is not a viable option. Went here a few weeks back to pick up some chocolate chip bagels, since the location down the street had run out when I placed my order for them. I was able to get some, but when my friend ordered some cinnamon raise bagels, they ended up giving g her sesame seed instead, so both of us weren't very happy (especially me since I'm the one thstvpaid). I forgot the submit feedback to their corporate offices like I normally do in this situation, but it's honestly been long enough that it doesn't matter anymore. I'll just ha r to be more careful next time I go, and make sure I either order inside or check the contents of my bags before pulling away from the window in the drive-thru.I have also had previous experiences like this here before so I'm doesn't surprise me that much that they found a way to botch my latest order, which is why I don't come here often. But yeah, go at your own risk. You may end up getting lucky.
