During our year in Denver, my girlfriend and I probably only missed a handful of days coming here. Easily spent over $1000 on dutch bros coffee and would gladly do it again. We've since moved away and we'll miss you ❤️
Great coffee, poor service.Let me preface this by say that the employees are, generally, wonderful. They're friendly and upbeat, what you'd like. The awareness of customers is terrible.It's clear the (much busier) drive-thru gets better treatment from the staff, but that leaves the lobby unattended. The "ring for bro" bell gets ignored half the time, and I've waited several minutes before even being acknowledged. During my most recent visit, 2 customers weren't even acknowledged when one of the batistas brought a third man's coffee to the window. No "have you been helped?" or asking if they can get something started. The girl just looked at us waiting and walked away... I get people working have responsibilities beyond what we can see or know, but when a large freeze is $7.50 (which is more than most coffee shops), a simple acknowledgement would go a long way. This isn't a one-off situation, either, as it has happened several times when I've stopped by for coffee; staff will see me, make eye contact with me, and still not make a move to help.On some days, the music is SUPER loud, loud enough where I feel I'm yelling my order at my coffee bro and needing to get a little closer than I'd like to be. Yes, I'm aware that drive-thru is an option and that the music is their thing, but it has also caused mix ups with my order when the coffee bro hasn't been able to hear me.I'm also concerned about the tipping. I've noticed on several of my recent visits a tip has been applied to my purchase without my consent and the payment device wasn't handed to me after payment completed.Editing to add: stay away from the iced drinks, get it hot or blended (a freeze). Their iced drinks have like, 90% ice, terrible value for the cost...
This place is always buzzing for good reason. The staff are friendly and efficient. Many coffee goers utilize the drive through and while sometimes it can stretch outside the parking lot it typically moves fast. Their drinks are really tasty whether you go for a simple Americano or a more extravagant drink. I tried their cold brew recently and that was delicious and refreshing. I will continue visiting this establishment often!
I have never felt more welcomed and more part of a culture and community that Dutch bros has. Every time I order I get to have a pleasant and real conversation with the staff. Whether it's about my day, what I'm doing after work, games, movies, or music it always a great experience and a real experience. Also their coffee and other drinks are exceptional and always correct!
If you like amazing beverages, stop in to any Dutch Bros. Definitely the most innovative offerings I’ve seen and the coffee isn’t burnt like the star in the industry who you should buck anyway. The staff actually keeps the tips which I know for fact so it’s a business that doesn’t skim employees who deserve the reward. I love the orange sickle anything.
Was in Colorado and heard that this was the spot to grab a coffee or drink. It was a hot day, so I got the blended mocha and it was delicious I wish they had these where I live, I would go all the time. This location is a drive through or you can order at a window and sit and enjoy your drink under a covered roof.
Every single experience at Dutch Bros is mint! They're always so nice and friendly. They love our dogs and always offer pup cups!

I love this coffee shop. It’s my favorite place and has the best coffee with the most friendly people working there. However it’s way to busy and I can never stop there for a coffee. It’s truly a bummer. I know if I am having that issue then I’m a city of this size there is probably 1000 other people with the same issue. Plz put a new franchise in our area. There is the demand.
The people who work here are always kind, polite and helpful. I love the friendly people. Also their coffee is great!
