This location has become less and less pleasant and convenient. The last several times we have been to this location, the staff has been completely unfriendly or conversational - although watching the vehicles ahead of us talking with order takers - and especially workers at the window talking for minutes on end, waiting patiently behind them - then to LITERALLY get nothing more than "You want a straw?" at the window. What a pitiful decay of simple customer service. Oh well - not the only coffee shop in town.

Drinks amazing, service great as always, but the music was not bumpin for a Friday night. Tell Eve to turn the knob. She was in charge of music. Or tell her to work at Starbucks. Either works! See ya tomorrow tho
I like to try out new drinks and they straight up tell you if the combinations won't taste good so you don't waste your money. I love the stickers that they keep releasing. The size of the medium is basically a large from Starbucks (and so much better).My favorite drink is a Strawberry Birthday Cake, half frost, half freeze. I also like replacing the strawberry with chocolate.
My friend and I went through the drive-thru, we were having a really rough night. All of the staff was amazing and one their workers Jen absolutely made our night, she was so kind and recommended some good add ins to make our drinks taste amazing. They were all so sweet!!
Wonderful!! Jen was effective and extremely well versed in the menu. This was my first visit and I asked many questions. Jen made me feel like a priority and effectively explained each drink I was curious about. It’s easy to tell she is has a clear grasp on the menu and treats her customers as a priority. Definitely coming back!!
Love Dutch Bros. and I always get less ice in my order. It's never been a problem until I came to this location and they only filled the cup up halfway due to the light ice. Order was also less concentrated than usual and there was not much ice to blame for it being so watered down.
I won free Dutch for a year and this is the closest one to my house. At this point I only go when certain people work, because I get the same base drink every time somehow and they all “omg you won that’s cool”, but I’m constantly dealing with a messed up drink. I ask for light ice and get a bunch of ice in my drink. I ask for a Frost and get blamed when they make me a Freeze. Joey is the only one who makes my drink good every time, and when they are not there I get to play chance on my drink. Tonight I asked for a peach watermelon kiwi green tea, large with light ice. I got ice with a bit of watermelon peach kiwi green tea on the side. Please pay attention and give us the drinks we ask for the way we ask for it.
The staff is always super friendly and they are pretty fast at handling orders despite the amount of customers they get. Everyone is always super nice and happy, cannot complain. Coffee is amazing too.
I always get a Coffee at Dutch Bros Coffee when I am on the West Side of Town. They have great Service. There is no waiting, and the coffee is wonderful. Check it out next time you are in Lakewood, CO.
