I had ordered some Dickey’s BBQ via the Dickey’s app and I got me a buy one get one free 3 meat plate. The ribs, pulled pork, chicken, turkey and brisket (sliced and pulled) and the baked potato casserole, potato salad, fries and fruit punch were delicious and hearty. The food was great.

What an Effin mess, first they pushed our order back by almost an hour then when they called us(we where expecting to let them into the building) the person asked if I speak Spanish i said no so the driver kept texting us to cancel the order. I had to call the store multiple times before they answered and the store wasn’t able to clarify anything, he stated that at this point we’d have to pay for the order again and he’d remake it but that the restaurant is closed so…
Extreme bang for your buck! The amount of care that goes into serving a high quality meal is top notch for a chain restaurant!! Unbelievable.
Came here for lunch today and got the best meal pulled pork, Mac n cheese and bbq beans.. so good…
I usually order from the app for take out. The other night my kid decided he wanted to eat there and the staff was very nice. Sometimes I have felt like we're a bother when we come in but this time was way different. Very pleased with the people who were on the floor. I didn't catch names but my receipt said cashier was Luisa.Food is always on point!
The service here was fast and friendly but I've noticed a distinct difference between ordering in the store and ordering online or on the app. When ordering in store the food size, appearance, and quality are much different. In store, when I order a pulled pork sandwich, the meat is piled high, the bun is fluffy and has a more pleasing look and feel to it. Ordering online or on the app the same sandwich appears to be less meat and the bun is squished flat. I have to pry the top bun off in order to add condiments and/or bbq sauce. I've noticed this while ordered at home and driving to the location or even ordering from the location parking lot, waiting a few mins and then entering the store. Otherwise everything else is good and always love the free ice cream that everybody gets with every meal.
Absolutely got the wrong order! Asain Behind the counter did not give a care at all. Normally I get amazing food! Every location is individually owned and operated. I could not believe the rude service I received tonight. The food was still amazing! The service was unbelievable. If you're going to work late at night I understand you are working late Sunday night. Don't give poor service because you don't want to work. Apologize to the owners. Your staff was unbelievable
Food is usually good. Not this night. Brisket was overdone, bbq beans were underdone, had to pay $1 more for Texas toast that was unedible due to way to much salt (not sure why there was any salt on it) & I was denied free ice cream because it was a to-go order. Seems like they should thank me for picking it up. What has happened to this place? Used to be pretty good. Won't be returning.
Awesome place to eat. Food is outstanding at this Dickey's, which is why we eat here a minimum of once a week, usually twice. Couldn't ask for a better staff. They are always friendly, yet professional. We Love frequenting this restaurant. Great for a nice meal with friends and family. We always feel very welcome!!! Love the food - Love the staff. Excellent!!!
Delicious and consistent food. Friendly and engaged employees. It all starts from the top, and the manager/owner Brian runs a great franchise. My wife and I frequent this location on a regular basis.
