Wish I had read reviews before ordering, these folks seems to completely lack integrity. Food is clearly institutional. None of the meats had any smoke flavor, except maybe some liquid smoke soak. The BBQ sauce had so much liquid smoke that it reeked from a foot away. Turkey was a salt lick. Dog liked it tho...Don't repeat my mistake. If quality matters, avoid this "BBQ".
They forgot a sandwich in my order and this is what a $9 “medium fry” looks like. Almost thought it was a joke at first. Would order again if it’s absolutely free, but not worth spending money here. Terrible
Pictures attached are of "1lb of pulled pork, 1lb of brisket" from the Classic Family Pack. Our order was also missing the potato salad, cole slaw and baked beans; in summary 3/4 of the sides were missing and we received 1/2 the meat we paid for. When I went back the cashier acted like this is a common occurrence. This is frankly unacceptable, I will not be returning.
Ordered for the first time, and was missing almost half of the order. We weighed the meat that was supposed to be a pound each, and the photos were 1/2 lbs for one and 3/4 lbs for the other and that wasn't taring out the containers. Just asked for refund since it was obvious the merchant had no interest in correcting the issues when we returned to inform them of the issues. Put it this way for the family meal there was basically half the advertised meat, no sides, rolls and sauce for $52?! $52 for a total of 1.25lbs meat, 6 rolls, and sauce?!!!! That is just insulting.
Missing sides and wrong orders delivered via grubhub. When I called to fix the issue the person I spoke with was both rude and unaccommidating. He was unwilling to compensate us for items we paid for but never recieved. We are done with Dickies BBQ after this and a few similar situations. Any recommendations for a new favorite BBQ joint?
My ribs had a little meat on them but my boyfriends ribs were just bone and I am not exaggerating. I asked for my bread to get more toasted and was given another raw piece of bread. I watch my calories so when the cheat meal is not good I am very sad!!!
I really enjoy Dickey's, but this location has lost my business. Caution, they stole my money. I would NOT recommend purchasing food from them online.I ordered 3 loaded baked potatoes online on Mar15th. When my husband went pick up the baked potatoes, they said they ran out. We didn't want anything else so they offered us a refund. I waited 4 days and no refund.I tried calling the location and no one answered their phone. I drove there and spoke with an employee who was unhelpful, but gave me a phone number. I called and the person told me they would refund my money. I sent them the information and waited 5 more days. I tried texting and calling for an update with no response.After completing multiple Dickey surveys describing my disappointment, I received a refund for 2 of the 3 potatoes. I messaged the manager notifying of the error and have yet to receive a response.I realize they only stole $10, but it doesn't instill trust in the quality of their future service or products.
We went in and while the employees were super great, the food was standard. The menu choices were decent, and they had a choice of three sauces (original, spicy and sweet) which were all pretty good. I enjoyed each of them.Unfortunately they were out of waffle fries so I had to have natural cut fries which were done well, and I did get a free coke refill.Middle rate BBQ, good sauces, friendly employees. I'll probably return if I need BBQ in a rush.
Do not order online. They will take your order, take your money, and than tell you their system failed to give them the order even with a receipt. I ordered for a few weeks ago and still haven't gotten my refund for food I paid for and never got.
I placed a big catering order and everything was ready on time and the service was excellent! The food was wonderful and they were very generous with how much sauce they gave, the side dishes, etc... I walked in and saw each team member working hard cleaning, preparing food, assisting customers, etc.. Very positive overall - highly recommend and I'll be back to visit again! Thank you!
