We dined in. The place is reportedly swamped with online orders at night, and this is a regular occurrence. We waited about 45 minutes to receive our drinks, and longer to get our food. The other guests enjoyed their food. All my plate's items were overcooked. I understand the high demand, but it doesn't excuse the resulting experience.

Where do I began first the waitress did not order what I asked for , then food gets to table wrong item my wife’s biscuit had a plastic wrapper attached to the corner of the biscuit. Poor customer service when I approached the waitress on what happened she gave the excuse the cook is alone and that’s why there was plastic wrapper on the biscuit and lettuce on my sandwich that looked like it was picked off the floor. Never will I go back and telling family and friends not to return either very disappointed in Denny’s off Wadsworth on Jefferson Ave
We were seated right away. The place was kind of empty, about 5 tables.We waited for approximately 10 minutes before I asked a lady if we could get a waitress to take our order.The lady responded that they were short staffed and only had one waitress.In the meantime we saw 3 ladies that looked like waitresses standing in the drink area talking to one another. One of the so called waitresses kept walking past us and doing her best to not look our way.There was one waitress that was working her butt off. She stopped by and told us she would get to us asap. We were still waiting when I asked one of the waitresses from the back drink area to take our order.Our food came, it was good, but I will never return.The reason why we stayed and didn't walk out is my mother is 87 years old and it would have been difficult for her to walk to the car and have to walk into another restaurant and start all over.
We had family visiting from Netherlands who wanted to try some typical American diner food. So we took them to Denny’s. Was very pleasantly surprised by the amazing service. Our server was very friendly even though we went in rather late and she was the only server at the time. It was also surprisingly busy despite the late hour.The food arrived promptly and everything was really good. She also got all of our orders right which was impressive considering we ordered a large selection. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Prompt service. Was greeted right away with a kind smile and immediately attended to which really blessed me. I had a long day and it's the little things you know? Amber provided excellent service and knew the items on the menu well. I got the crepes breakfast combo. Hash browns we're perfectly golden brown, bacon was not too crispy and the eggs were just right. On top of that the restrooms had just been scrubbed even though it was 10pm. I will be coming back to this Dennys for sure!
5/21/22 @ 1:00 pmMy server was very nice but also very busy. My booth was adjacent to the kitchen and I saw the kitchen staff put my order in the window a full 10 minutes before anyone bothered delivering it (it was another server who finally brought my food, the Manager/Hostess was busy doing nothing). By the time I got my chicken fried steak, which was very small, the gravy had skinned over and my eggs, has browns, and toast were cold. My coffee sat empty for 10 minutes, too. My server really needed some help from her manager.When I went to pay the manager didn't ask me how my experience was, so I told her. She said "oh" and that was it. No explanation, no apology, no offer to make it right, and clearly she does not care about her customers.I am a person who goes out of my way to tip well and even tell management when I have a great experience, and I rarely complain, but the manager at this Denny's couldn't care less about my food or my customer service. I won't go again and recommend others stay away as well.
The staff was very nice but the wait time was horrible! We wanted one burger and they said it would be ready an hour later but probably not even then. They didn’t even have a lot of people in the restaurant. We left and didn’t even get our order. It wasn’t worth the wait.
I've almost only come during the night, and it's very mediocre. The food is usually pretty good, sometimes it isn't. The staff is very different. At times it's good, and at others it very poor. It really depends on the day, but nonetheless we get fed, and it get the job done.
First time at this location. Cleaner than most others but the children are out of hand. They were hollering and running around.The food. Well our order was wrong and the food got cold waiting 15 minutes for the toast we ordered. The eggs were not over easy, but nearly raw. Too much clear, uncooked egg white. We got hashbrowns that we didn't order or eat. They were not heated through. Waitresses coming out of the kitchen door chewing a mouthful of food, more than once. That is gross to me. You know darn well they are eating food with their fingers ingers either off of plates that are sitting there or helping themselves to where the food is being prepared and grabbing sausages or whatever. So so gross.
It took forever for my simple order although people that came in after me were served before me.I attempted to get the waitresses attention several times but she came when I was about to leave, also brung no syrup for my pancakes.I won't be going back.Poor service for sure.
