the place was clean, the host was polite and quick to find us a table. our server was very courteous and kind, she took care of us and was refilling our drinks at the right time, meaning she was on her shhhh. my dish came out to be 6.99 which you can't beat, super slammer i believe. Two eggs, two pieces of bacon, two sausage and toast.. just what you want in the morning. great service, great price, great food.
T-bone Steaks after long time. Very delicious. The beef was cooked as well as I requested. One thing I really liked this place is cleanliness. One of the restaurant staff kept cleaning, wiping table, sitting areas, floor immediately after people have finished their food and got off the table.
The sent out my boyfriend's hash browns barely even cooked and when we asked for them to be a little more done, the chef sent them out burnt to a crisp. The waitress was sassy and said "they sure do look cooked now" so we didn't ask for them to be redone. The bathrooms smell like years of uncleaned pee mixed with fabreeze. I almost threw up just and had to end up holding it until we got home.
Had a very surprising visit to a Dennys today and I must say had down overly impressed- the store was immaculate even with a table that wasn't ready to be sat. The manager was doing sincere table touches and everyone had a smile- not something you find these daysThe only thing lacking was salt & pepper on the burger and fries but that happens oftenMy friend had a skillet it was not sizzling but the execution was 95% spot onI can't say enough about how this visit today restored my choice to eat at DennysPossibly put up for brand standard recommended location- kudos to team
Me and my parents were there to eat breakfast for Mother's Day. We enjoyed the breakfast meals. They ate it all! Wow. For me I ate ham with Scrabble egg and cheese sandwich also hash brown. The breakfast sandwich was so delicious! I love it! ❤ I was full and half of it to home. Keep it up! Thanks ?
The waitress put our food down and that was it. She didn't come back until she brought our shake that we told the host guy we wanted because he actually came by once when we were done. So before I could eat I had to take the syrup off of another table and I couldn't even ask for a water so I shared my mom's drink. My mom's fries were soggy and gross as well. I would have said something, but it's not like there was a chance for that. We went up to pay without receiving a receipt from the waitress because we were sick of waiting. Then it was $50. We couldn't believe it, we could have actually gone somewhere good and enjoyed ourselves. Definitely won't be going back.
One of the shadiest places I've ever been. There were vagrants posted up by the door who eyed us as we walked in. I didn't feel safe the entire hour and a half we waited for our food. The staff looked in about as good of shape as the homies on the steps outside. I would avoid this location at all costs. The bathroom was disgusting, had a lingering odor and a pair of jeans draped over the urinal divider. Honestly might be the most uncomfortable I've ever been in my life.
Manager at 595 Union on duty “Haily” was rude as rude could be and would not give an ex employee their w-2’s and today is the deadline and Dennys can be subjected to fines by IRS. I’m getting in touch with IRS to handle the matter. She has no business in this industry with an attitude like hers. I will be posting this on every platform
Service not the best. Asked for separate tickets all on one ticket. Manager had to refigure whole order. Only good thing got my whole breakfast free due to birthday and she couldn't figure out how to charge me due to the waitresses goof.
What a disaster. Dirty, filthy facility. Took 25 mins. to get my order and no one was in the restaurant (at 5:30 a.m.). Had to get it to go because it took so long. No napkin, no utensils in the to-go order. Manager looked homeless and reeked of cigarette smoke. Never asked if I wanted toast (breakfast order) and I never got it. I was desperate for breakfast at 5:30 a.m. What a mistake that was... $15 for a disaster.
