This location was not as great as the other I ate at on Quebec & C470. It was good, just not great. They forgot to add 3 of my tacos I ordered. Luckily we checked the order while we were still there.

I love del taco and their food is great but our order was missing 2 items we paid for which is why I took off 2 stars. It's just far enough that it wasn't worth going back and unfortunately it was both of my son's items so he didn't get to eat it and I just made him food at home. Definitely check your bags before you go! Friendly and fast service though and the food we did get was yummy so they still get 3 stars.
My opinion of this location continues to lower. When I order in person, the order is always right. If I order ahead with the website, the order accuracy is no better than a coin toss.Also, the last several times I have gone to pick up my order, the lobby has been closed, even though I'm picking food up during normal dinner hours. Which means after going through the website, I must then wait in the drive through line for everyone else to order. In fact, writing this review is how I'm passing time (10 minutes so far by my clock), while waiting for my turn at the window.
Food was fine, fast drive through but as messy as it was I got no napkins in my to-go bag to clean up the mess. Napkins are pretty much a given I would think!
This place always has an excellent food at a decent price and it's a great place to go when you just want to enjoy a few tacos or a good burrito. I would pick this over Taco Bell any day and they also have grilled chicken on some of their tacos if you're wanting to watch your weight. Will be going back frequently....... And the lady that opens in the morning is very sweet and friendly. Kudos to her!
Went through the drive through on 4/13 around 4:30 pm. Sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes and there were no other cars in the drive through. I thought maybe the speaker was down. I politely said hello and was met with a rude " I will be with you in a minute" He came back on to take my order and was so rude. He had quite the chip on his shoulder. I pulled up to the window and there was a bucket asking for tips. I was not going lose my self respect for a couple of tacos and a burrito. I left without my food and without paying. Here is a tip!!! Hire employees who are kind. I do not even trust them with my food..
If I could give 0 stars I would. We went through the drive through. I said “I would like 1 soft value taco.” And she says soft value taco. Then I say “I would like 1 crunchy value taco.” And she says crunchy value taco. Then we ordered a bean burrito and two del tacos. Then she repeats the order and says “12 soft tacos, 12 crunchy tacos.” We interrupt her and said “are you saying 12?” She says in a super rude voice “ I said 12 tacos and you kept saying yes. We said are you seriously giving us attitude? We left. I’m shocked by how rude she was. We go there often. We will not be returning anymore. She should be fired.
This Del Taco used to be really good but it's definitely gone downhill. Stopped tonight, got home, and the Crunchtadas had to have been already made and under the warmer. The shell was soggy and the lettuce was wilted. Not fresh at all. And I was the only one in the drive thru. Tacos used to stay crunchy and now they're soggy. Won't be coming back here until they can improve their food. Waste of money.
Could not give 5 stars because the employee never asked if I wanted sauce and I waited 6 minutes to get it. They would help the people next to me ever time I was trying to asked 3 different guy ignore and turn to work on something else. Other than that it was good.
Horribal service asked for soft tacos got crunch asked for a number one didnt get the fries and one of the tacos was all cracked up. Didnt even give a straw. I love del taco. Not this one. This aint it.
