What Dairy Queen does not have chocolate ice cream? I am extremely annoyed and disappointed in this location. Any Dairy Queen should have chocolate ice cream. Shame on you.

If there could be zero stars I’d choose that because they took are order then the girl behind us order in that process the notified me that they had no cheese sauce prepped I got the refund for that because who eats pretzel without cheese and why did it take 5 minutes to let me know second the other girl made the second ladies drink before I ever got my water or smoothie at this point were furious and ask for whole refund and gentleman says he can’t and then tell my friend to back up because she’s being rude littlery worse customer service I’ve ever seen and I worked at one I’ll be talk to district manager about this it was so unprofessional we just didn’t want to finish are shopping!

Something's never change. Like the smells you get when you walk into a Dairy Queen. The items you order from there or the colors you see when you sit down. Whatever your sweet tooth is craving, this place is sure to please. There's nothing like a dipped cone!

One star because I had to In order to leave a review, September 13, 2019 at 7:26 p.m. we came to the mall and one of the stop and get some ice cream while we were shopping, Marrows 2 girls 1 was talking to some friends and didn't care that we were standing in line the 2nd came and yelled at a customer to come get his order, already with and Attitude didn't even ask and looked at me and turned to have a conversation with the other girl, I started ordeing over her conversation, I ordered a Moolate and she said they weren't making that today, ordered a brownie cupation and also stated they weren't doing those today, I then asked if the machines were broken she rolles her wyes and said she didn't know all she knew was they weren't making them.
