The food is delicious and scratch made - some great staples with rotating specials. All great stuff. The staff is always friendly and makes you feel welcome, and the environment is clean and modern. Limited but sufficient bar with some good specialty cocktail options and two TVs for catching a game. And gelato for dessert! A great neighborhood spot in an area that has few quality restaurant options.
Grabbed a late dinner on a Saturday shortly before close and were lucky to snag the one open table - this place was busy with a bunch of locals, all enjoying themselves! Our server wasn't super friendly but was prompt and got our order and us drinks right away. We tried the Caesar salad, which was huge and really fresh and a nice take on a Caesar. We also ordered the pizza #5 - goat cheese, sausage, and basil. They forgot the order and made it right right away when they realized the mistake, which was greatly appreciated. The pizza was bomb and worth the wait. Great combo of ingredients and nicely done. We'll be back for more pizza and to try some of the other items, as everything looked good!
My son and I ordered 3 styles of pizza today for takeout. We had a beer while we waited. Super nice and everyone loved the pizzas we brought home. I'll be back.
I live in the area and have been praying for somewhere decent to eat, with a nice bar as a bonus. It’s a nice place. Met the owner/chef and she was pretty cool. They opened up during the pandemic and I’m sure still working out the “joys” of a restaurant. So, I won’t comment much there. They do serve alcohol, but I wouldn’t consider it a full bar. Food was good. I enjoyed the winter salad on both of my visits and would recommend. Gelato was not as creamy as I am used to and a little icy. Being from the east coast, I am not going to do the old comparison since Colorado pizza is just different. I just wish this pizza didn’t have so much hot sauce/spice added. I don’t mind spice. I just never wanted or enjoyed it on my pizza. Overall positive experience.
What an amazing addition to the neighborhood! Great food and drinks and there is a back area that we always sit in with the kids so the kids can be kids and the adults don’t have to stress about ruining all the other guests experience. I also love that the menu changes and there is a real bar if all you want to do is get a drink with a friend
Don’t miss out on the food at this place. I had the Brussel sprouts, and the Ahi Tuna Salad with a glass of Cab. Everything in here tasted spectacular. The Owner/Chef really is awesome. And the people are so friendly and lovely!!! Was such an awesome find on my trip. Highly recommend this place!
Chef Vilma is amazing. The only thing I regret is not going here before. The staff is amazing. They treat you like family. Go here every night they are open if you can. You won't be disappointed.
Such a cool place with a great concept! Kitchen is always super clean and the food options are well curated! Not to mention the drinks! I recommend a spicy Mezcal Margarita if they still have it! (those fresh Jalapeños add a kick!) But the house made Gelato is a sure way to cool off the palate after a few margs! Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to return!
Vilma, Lauren, Cristina and ll the staff at Coyote table are amazing! They care for their customers and quality of food, drinks and service. They even go the extra mile to make sure everyone is safe. Seeing as others have ignorantly commented about COVID concerns, I'd like to say Vilam closed down for a week to insure negative tests from her staff and to keep everyone safe. If you are scared of getting any illness, it is EVERYWHERE... So you should just stay home and not troll establishments because you feel the need to place blame on others. Thank you Coyote and employees for always going above and beyond!
Can’t recommend this place enough! Great food, great service, amazing staff.. clean environment. I will definitely be coming here anytime I am in the area! Shout out to Lauren the manager just for being awesome!
